    摘要: A piezoelectric ceramic composition in which the dielectric constant, the mechanical quality factor Qm and the electromechanical coupling factor Kp are superior, and a high power output piezoelectric transformer made of it are disclosed. The piezoelectric ceramic composition according to the present invention is composed of Pb[(Sb1/2Nb1/2)x(Zr0.495Ti0.505)1−x]O3+yPbO+zMnO, where x is 0.01-0.05 mol %, y is 0.03-0.6 wt %, and z is 0.7 wt % or less. The piezoelectric transformer according to the present invention includes: a piezoelectric block composed of the same composition; a first electrode consists of an inner electrode and an outer electrode, the inner electrode being formed at the center of the top of the piezoelectric block, and the outer electrode being formed around the inner electrode by being separated by an isolating region; and a second electrode is formed on the bottom of the piezoelectric block.

    摘要: A bias current for an integrated circuit is generated by generating a first bias current that increases with temperature, generating a second bias current that decreases with temperature, and summing the first bias current and the second bias current. Summing may take place by mirroring the first bias current, mirroring the second bias current and summing the mirrored first bias current and the mirrored second bias current. Pull-down circuits also are preferably provided for the circuits that generate the first and second bias currents. The pull-down circuits are responsive to a pulse signal. The pulse signal may be generated from a power-down signal or another signal. Accordingly, bias current generating circuits and methods can have reduced susceptibility to changes in temperature, changes in power supply voltage and/or process variations, and can rapidly produce the bias current.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a capacitive touch sensor, and relates to a touch sensor which precisely senses whether there is any touch, without using a reference voltage or reference current in the touch sensor but by converting data between neighboring channels into two types of data having different polarities and by comparing the same. The invention makes it possible to miniaturize a structure of the touch sensor and to ensure compatibility allowing application to a variety of touch panels by minimizing the influence of noise from the outside environment. More specifically, the present invention provides a capacitive touch sensor comprising: at least one receiver channel RX which outputs analog data of a voltage for change in capacitance caused by presence or absence of a transmitter channel TX pulse impression and touch; at least one receiver unit which is connected to the receiver channel RX, receives the analog data of the voltage, and outputs bipolar pulse width modulation signals; a counter which periodically operates in accordance with reset RST signals; and at least one flip-flop which outputs, as digital data, the bipolar pulse width modulation signals input from the receiver unit, by using count values received from the counter.
