摘要: A refrigerant cycling device is provided. The refrigerant cycling device comprises a compressor, an intermediate cooling circuit and a three-way valve device. The compressor is connected to a heat exchanger and a depressurizing means, for performing a cooling operation and a heating operation. The compressor further comprises a first and a second rotary compression elements within a sealed container, and a refrigerant that is compressed and discharged by the first rotary compression element is introduced to the second rotary compression element. The intermediate cooling circuit is used for radiating heat of the refrigerant discharged from the first rotary compression element. The three-way valve device for opening a passage of the intermediate cooling circuit during the cooling operation. In this way, the coefficient of production (COP) during the cooling operation can be improved.

摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a multi-stage compression type rotary compressor which can avoid the replacement of parts to be used as much as possible to reduce costs and also which enables easily setting an appropriate displacement volume ratio while preventing the compressor from being increased in size. The gist of the present invention is that an inner diameter of a lower cylinder is altered without altering its thickness (or height), and a displacement volume ratio between first and second rotary compression elements is set to an optimum value in accordance with the alteration.

摘要: A refrigerant system 1D comprises a heat insulating housing 3 provided with an accommodating space inside and a refrigeration unit 9 attached to a lower portion of the heat insulating housing 3, in which a compressor 5, a gas cooler 6, an internal heat exchanger 10, a restriction means 16 and an evaporator 8 accommodated in a heat insulating case 7A are disposed on a unit base 4. The gas cooler 6 and the heat insulating case 7A are disposed so that air heat-exchanged by the gas cooler 6 moves toward the heat insulating case 7A, an air passage T is provided between the unit base 4 and the heat insulating case 7A, the air heat-exchanged by the gas cooler 6 is passed through the air passage T to be discharged outside, and the internal heat exchanger 10 is disposed in such a manner that it is embedded in a heat insulating material layer 7C provided around the heat insulating case 7A to be provided with a heat insulation property. Accordingly, exhaust heat-exchanged by the gas cooler is discharged outside without stagnation, and increases in an overload and operation power of the compressor are suppressed and the durability of the compressor can be improved. Further, the heat-exchanging efficiency of the internal heat exchanger can be improved and the generation of condensation on a surface of an outer side tube of the internal heat exchanger can be prevented.

摘要: A multi-stage compression type rotary compressor, having a driving element and a first and a second rotary compression element that are driven by the driving element in a sealed container, is provided. The refrigerant compressed by the first rotary compression element is discharged into the sealed container, and said discharged refrigerant with an intermediate pressure is then compressed by the second rotary compression element. By cooling the refrigerant absorbed into the second rotary compression element, the rise in the temperature of the refrigerant that is compressed and discharged by the second rotary compression element can be suppressed. And, the supercooling degree of the refrigerant is increases before reaching the expansion valve to improve the cooling ability of the evaporator.

摘要: A refrigerant cycling device is provided, wherein a compressor comprises an electric motor element, a first and a second rotary compression elements in a sealed container. The first and the second rotary compression elements are driven by the electric motor element. The refrigerant compressed and discharged by the first rotary compression element is compressed by absorbing into the second rotary compression element, and is discharged to the gas cooler. The refrigerant cycling device comprises an intermediate cooling loop for radiating heat of the refrigerant discharged from the first rotary compression element by using the gas cooler; a first internal heat exchanger, for exchanging heat between the refrigerant coming out of the gas cooler from the second rotary compression element and the refrigerant coming out of the evaporator; and a second internal heat exchanger, for exchanging heat between the refrigerant coming out of the gas cooler from the intermediate cooling loop and the refrigerant coming out of the first internal heat exchanger from the evaporator.

摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a refrigerant cycle apparatus which can reduce a production cost while hastening equalization of pressure in a refrigerant circuit after a compressor is stopped, the apparatus comprises a bypass circuit which causes an intermediate-pressure area to communicate with a low-pressure side of a refrigerant circuit, a valve device provided to this bypass circuit and a control device which controls opening/closing of this valve device, and the control device constantly closes the valve device but opens it in order to release a flow path of the bypass circuit concurrently with the stop of the compressor.

摘要: A defroster restrains a vane jump that takes place when an evaporator is defrosted in a refrigerant circuit using a so-called internal intermediate-pressure type double-stage compression rotary compressor. The defroster includes a rotary compressor that discharges a refrigerant gas that has been compressed by a first rotary compressing unit into a hermetic vessel and further compresses the discharged intermediate-pressure refrigerant gas, a gas cooler, an expansion valve, and an evaporator. To defrost the evaporator, the refrigerant gas discharged from the second rotary compressing unit is introduced into the evaporator without decompressing it by the expansion valve. Furthermore, the refrigerant gas discharged from the first rotary compressing unit is introduced into the evaporator. At the same time, an electromotive unit of the rotary compressor is run at a predetermined number of revolutions. The inertial force of a vane at the foregoing number of revolutions is set to be smaller than the urging force of a spring.

摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a multi-cylinder rotary compressor which can enhance the reliability by improving the compression efficiency/mechanical efficiency. The bearings are fixed on the inner wall of the closed container, the cylinders are fixed to the bearings, and a gap is formed between the respective cylinders and the inner wall of the closed container. The design with the relatively large internal volume of the closed container is possible, and the reliability can be enhanced. Further, improvement in the compression efficiency and the mechanical efficiency can be achieved with the compact multi-cylinder rotary compression element.

摘要: An object of the present invention is to attain the downsizing of a closed rotary compressor while realizing separation of oil from gas without any problem, and since an electric motor is constituted by a motor of a magnetic pole concentrated winding type which includes: a stator fixed to the inner wall of a closed container; a rotator rotatably supported by a rotating shaft on the inner side of said stator; a stator core constituting said stator; a plurality of cog portions and slot portions formed to said stator core; and a stator winding directly wound around each cog portion utilizing the slot portions, a protrusion dimension of the winding from the stator core is reduced, and the excellent oil separation effect can be obtained.

摘要: A digital scan converter employed in a sector scanning ultrasound diagnostic device has a digital memory for storing a received image signal in a cell whose address corresponds to the picture element and a system controller for reading out a signal from the memory by linear scanning. The digital scan converter is further provided with a signal generator and an adder for shifting the level of the image signal by a predetermined value when the signal is written in the memory, a level detector for detecting whether or not the signal read out from the memory is at level "0" and an interpolating section for converting the output signal from the memory into an interpolating signal by the output from the level detector.
