    Abstract: An imaging circuit includes plural pixel circuits which are arranged in a pixel array. Each of the plural pixel circuits includes an image sensing device which is configured to sense a normal imaging light shedding on the imaging circuit with a predetermined frame rate. At least a portion of the plural pixel circuits are first type pixel circuits. Each of the first type pixel circuit further includes a flicker sensing device. Plural flicker sensing devices in the pixel array are coupled in parallel to sense a flickering light shedding on the imaging circuit to generate a flicker indicating signal.

    Abstract: The invention provides an ambient light sensing device which receives at least one visible light image sensed by an image sensor. The ambient light sensing device includes an image sampling unit and an analyzing unit. The image sampling unit divides the visible light image into plural image blocks, extracts at least one sample data in each image block, and generates a comparison data according to a difference between the sample data extracted at different time points. The analyzing unit analyzes the comparison data and generates an output analysis signal accordingly.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a pixel circuit. A first S/H stage and the second S/H stage are connected in cascade between a buffer amplifier and an amplifier circuit. During a first and a second time period, a buffered output signal having a first voltage and a second voltage generated by the buffer amplifier are stored serially to the first S/H stage and the second S/H stage. The amplifier circuit senses the first voltage and the second voltage stored in the first S/H stage and the second S/H stage independently for generating a first output signal and a second output signal correspondingly. A calibrated signal is generated according to the first output signal and the second output signal.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses an identification system which includes an image sensor, a storage unit and a comparing unit. The image sensor captures a plurality of images of the motion trajectory generated by a user at different timings. The storage unit has stored motion vector information of a group of users including or not including the user generating the motion trajectory. The comparing unit compares the plurality of images with the motion vector information to identify the user. The present invention also provides an identification method.

    Abstract: A proximity sensing device includes: a light source, a sensing unit, a light guide unit, and a window. The light source emits light, which is guided by the light guide unit to the window. The emitted light reflected by an object is received by the same window. The light guide unit includes a partial-transmissive-partial-reflective (PTPR) optical element, whereby the light emitted from the light source is reflected by the PTPR optical element, while the light reflected by the object passes through the PTPR optical element.     Abstract: The present invention discloses a Micro-Electro-Mechanical System (MEMS) acoustic pressure sensor device and a method for making same. The MEMS device includes: a substrate; a fixed electrode provided on the substrate; and a multilayer structure, which includes multiple metal layers and multiple metal plugs, wherein the multiple metal layers are connected by the multiple metal plugs. A cavity is formed between the multilayer structure and the fixed electrode. Each metal layer in the multilayer structure includes multiple metal sections. The multiple metal sections of one metal layer and those of at least another metal layer are staggered to form a substantially blanket surface as viewed from a moving direction of an acoustic wave.
