Abstract:
A disk system miniaturized by sharing moving spaces of a disk clamper portion and a disk operating portion. The disk system includes a disk clamper portion (300) for holding a disk (R), the disk clamper portion (300) being provided in such a manner as to be movable substantially in parallel to a disk carrying path (102) on which the disk (R) is carried in a range from one end to the other end of the disk carrying path (102); and a disk operating portion (400) for rotating the disk (R), the disk operating portion (400) being provided in such a manner as to be movable substantially in parallel to the disk carrying path (102) in a range from one end to the other end of the disk carrying path (102).
Abstract:
A disk device realizing reducing in size and number of parts, prevention of damage to disks, shortening operation time for plurality operations, improved vibration resistance and less expensive manufacturing cost is provided. The disk device capable of storing a plurality of disks loosely fitted and supported at its inner diameter, including separable loose mandrel mechanisms, when the mandrel mechanism is loosely fitted to the disk, the disk holder holds the disk, and one end of the a second mandrel mechanism is connected to another end of a first mandrel mechanism in a state that the disk is raised to a height abutting upon a support of a ceiling side formed on the first mandrel mechanism.
Abstract:
A constant velocity joint includes an outer race having a plurality of ball grooves formed in an inner spherical surface thereof, which ball grooves extend in a direction of a rotation axis of the outer race, an inner once having a plurality of ball grooves formed in an outer spherical surface thereof, which ball grooves extend in a direction of a rotation axis of the inner race and are paired with the ball grooves of the outer race, and a plurality of balls disposed between the ball grooves of the outer race and the hall grooves of the inner race. In the constant velicity joint, the hall grooves of at least one of the outer race and the inner race are partially formed wit relief profiles to provide a plurality of relief groove portions such that a load applied to each of the balls located in the relief groove portions during torque transmission between the inner race and the outer race is smaller than a load applied to each of the balls located in the other portions of the ball grooves.
Abstract:
A disk device providing disk storage and disk playing capabilities. The disk storage being provided along a vertical column. Upon the retrieval of a desired disk from the disk storage, the desired disk is rotated around the column so that it may move up and down the column into a playing position. Upon reaching the playing position the disk is provided to a disk playing device for playing the disk.
Abstract:
Surface acoustic waves are excited in two diagonal directions from each of IDTs (excitation elements) disposed on the upper side and the lower side of a non-piezoelectric substrate, and the surface acoustic waves propagated on a detection region are received by IDTs (receiving elements) disposed on the left side and right side of the non-piezoelectric substrate so that a position of an object touching the non-piezoelectric substrate is detected based on the reception results. In each IDT, comb-like electrode fingers are joined to two facing electrode bases (signal electrode and ground electrode) in such a manner that the comb-like electrode fingers are inclined from a facing direction of the electrode bases.
Abstract:
An ATM having a guide capability in which even a visually handicapped person who can not read braille type can positively operate a customer operating touch panel. An automatic teller machine includes a customer operating touch panel 2 having a plurality of operating keys which are touched for actuation. Guide icons 3 which are embossed to represent the icons of the operating keys are provided in the periphery of the customer operating touch panel at positions corresponding to said plurality of operating keys.
Abstract:
Reading sections (21a, 21b) wherein disks (10a, 10b) bearing barcodes are installed, are provided, and code sensors (23a, 23b) for reading out these barcodes are provided in the reading sections (21a, 21b). When a player rotates a disk (10a, 10b) installed on a turntable (22a, 22b), the barcode is read out by the code sensors (23a, 23b), and parameters are set respectively on the basis of this barcode. Thereafter, if the player rotates the disk (10a, 10b) while simultaneously operating the buttons (25a-27a, 25b-27b), this combination is input as a command, and the game is developed accordingly. Thereby, it is possible to provide an information storage medium, information reproduction device, game machine, and information reproduction method, whereby code, such as barcode, or the like, can be used effectively.
Abstract:
The surface acoustic wave device includes a piezoelectric substrate having formed on a surface thereof an interdigital transducer for exciting a surface acoustic wave, a cavity formed on a back surface of the piezoelectric substrate on a region corresponding to the region where the interdigital transducer is formed, and a low expansion material buried in the cavity.
Abstract:
A surface acoustic wave reflector includes a piezoelectric substrate and a plurality of perturbation members arranged at a first period on the piezoelectric substrate. A plurality of free-surface regions where no perturbation members exist are formed in an arrangement of the perturbation members.
