    摘要: [Problem] Fucoxanthin extracted from wakame seaweed (Undaria pinnatifida) is effective as an anti-obesity active agent. However, fucoxanthin is contained in mature (adult) brown algae in a small amount, and accordingly, it takes a long time and high cost to obtain fcoxanthin in an amount sufficient for practical use. Further, an anti-obesity active agent showing a stronger effect has been desired. It is, therefore, an object of the present invention to specify a carotenoid exhibiting anti-obesity activity stronger than that of fucoxanthin and to provide an anti-obesity active agent and an anti-obesity method which use the caritenoid.[Means to Solve the Problem] Intensive and extensive studies have been made as to what carotenoid has an anti-obesity activity stronger than that of fucoxanthin and what material should be used in order to economically obtain such a carotenoid. As a result, the answer has been found that the carotenoid is fucoxanthinol. “Sea squirt (ascidian)” is a generic name of marine animals which belong to class Ascidiacea, subphylum Urochordata (Tunicata), phylum Chordata and which live nationwide. As described above, sea squirt (ascidian) is abundantly found as resources. In the present invention, fucoxanthinol is extracted particularly from internal organs and hard skins of sea squirt (ascidian), and it has been revealed that fucoxanthinol exhibits strong anti-obesity activity.

When the reservation server receives reservation information from the reservation terminal, it calculates discounted reservation prices based on the number of reservation alternatives designating products desired to be reserved and the reservation fixing time designating a time limit for fixing the reservation, allocates one among the reservation alternatives as a tentative provisional reservation and further allocates the other choices as tentative backup reservations. In the case where, up to the reservation fixing time, there has been a reservation request with respect to the provisional reservation allocation from a later-arriving reservation seeker at a reservation price set at a premium, the provisional reservation allocation is switched to one of the backup reservation allocations and the original provisional reservation allocation is made a reservation allocation of the later-arriving reservation seeker.

    摘要: The present invention is to formulate a production plan 5 by means of an event-based simulator 4 simulating movement of products within a factory through use of a production process model 2 and a production rule 3. There are provided a time-interval-based simulator 6 for computing the statuses of production processes at given time intervals, and a rule generator 7 for automatically deriving the production rule 3 through use of the time-interval-based simulator 6. As a result of a production plan being repeatedly formulated at high speed through use of the time-interval-based simulator 6, the rule generator 7 can automatically, efficiently formulate the production rule 3 by application of machine learning based on a consecutive optimization method. An event-based simulator 4 devises a high-quality production plan 5 using the generated production rule 3.

    摘要: The present invention is embodied in a machine-implemented method of automatically correcting errors in an industrial schedule. The invention maintains a set of repair heuristics which may be applied to correct errors in the schedule. The system is initially trained by an expert who identifies problems in a set of trial schedules and applies the heuristics to correct the problems. The system records all steps, unsuccessful and successful, which were used by the expert to solve the problem. The recognized problem, the trial heuristics and the results of applying each heuristic are stored in a case library. When a sufficient number of trial schedules have been entered, the system may operate automatically. During automatic operation, the system automatically generates an initial schedule to solve a scheduling problem. Errors in the schedule are recognized either automatically or using input from an operator. Next, the case library is repeatedly searched for a solved case which most closely matches the present problem case and the previously successful heuristic is applied to solve the present problem until a solution is found. If no solution is found, the system takes the failed heuristics into account as a substitute for undefined contextual variables, which affect the schedule, in searching the case library.
