    摘要: A display substrate includes a substrate, signal lines and test lines. The substrate includes a pixel region where pixels are disposed, a buffer region surrounding the pixel region and a grinding region surrounding the buffer region. The signal lines pass through the buffer region from the grinding region to provide the pixels with a driving signal. The test lines are disposed on the grinding region and the buffer region, respectively, so that the test lines intersect the signal lines in a lattice structure. Each of the test lines is electrically connected to the signal lines of a first number calculated by dividing a second number of the signal lines by a third number of the test lines. Thus, the performance of the pixels used for displaying an image may be tested more precisely.

When a pump cylinder is slanted at a certain angle along with the content storing container or in case of a content having high viscosity, it is possible to improve the operation errors of the ball valve by providing an inventive structure of the ball valve support installed at a lower side of the stem.

    摘要: An ITO (indium tin oxide) layer and a negative photoresist are deposited sequentially on the substrate 100 having a gate wire, a storage wire, a data wire and a storage electrode. The negative photoresist is developed through front exposure and the ITO layer is etched to form a pixel electrode. Because the portions of negative photoresist exposed to light remain after development, pixel defects due to particles placed between pixel regions are reduced. Both the rear exposure and the front exposure may be used. In the rear exposure, it is difficult to remain the portions of the ITO layer at the positions corresponding to the contact portion of the drain electrode and the pixel electrode, the storage line, the gate pads and the data pads. Accordingly, the front exposure is then executed by using the first mask having openings thereon. The negative photoresist is developed, and the ITO layer is patterned. After etching the ITO layer, because the portion of the ITO layer outside the display region remains as a whole, the portions of the ITO layers on the gate pads and the data pads remains through front exposure using a positive photoresist.

    摘要: Provided are a thin-film transistor (TFT) substrate and a display device having the same. In the TFT substrate and the display device having the same, first and second drain electrodes of first and second TFTs connected to first and second pixel electrodes, respectively, are vertically bent a plurality of times. The distance between each of the first and second source electrodes and the first or second drain electrode is maintained at a minimum interline gap to increase the distance between a data line and each of the first and second drain electrodes and minimize the length of a region of each of the first and second drain electrodes adjacent to the data line. Consequently, a coupling capacitance between the data line and each of the first and second drain electrodes can be reduced, and each unit pixel region can have a uniform parasite capacitance within a predetermined range. In addition, the luminance deviation of a display device, which performs inversion driving, can be reduced.

    摘要: Provided are a system and method for position awareness that can be used indoors in a large-scale environment and can minimize generation of radio frequency (RF) and ultrasonic waves in a wireless sensor network including low-priced sensor nodes capable of precise position measurement, thus improving energy efficiency by reducing unnecessary power consumption. The method includes the steps of: (a) calculating initial position coordinates using beacon information received from adjacent beacons through a broadcast beacon solicitation signal, sending a synchronization signal to the beacons, and synchronizing the beacons; (b) receiving ultrasonic waves generated from the adjacent beacons activated by a broadcast start message, and calculating position coordinates; and (c) when the calculated position coordinates correspond to a predetermined hand-off threshold position, transmitting a hand-off process message to a newly activated beacon, and executing a hand-off process routine.
