In one embodiment, the method includes transmitting a Scheduling Request (SR) on a first uplink bandwidth part (BWP). The method further includes receiving a response for the SR on a first downlink BWP. The method also includes detecting a beam failure when using the first uplink BWP and the first downlink BWP. In addition, the method includes transmitting a beam failure recovery (BFR) request to a network node on the first uplink BWP. Furthermore, the method includes receiving a control signalling on a second downlink BWP from the network node after transmitting the BFR request, wherein the control signalling is a response for the BFR request and the second downlink BWP is associated with the first uplink BWP.

摘要： Method and apparatus for a user equipment (UE) operating in a serving cell is disclosed. The UE, in a first RRC_CONNECTED state, transmits an interest indication for a broadcast or a multicast service to a first serving cell. The interest indication includes at least some information associated with a broadcast or a multicast service. Upon entering a second RRC_CONNECTED state from an RRC_INACTIVE state, the UE may or may not send an interest indication to a second serving cell, taking into account the differences between the first and second serving cell, whether the second serving cell requested transmission of an interest indication, or whether the content of the second interest indication would be the same as the content of the first interest indication. A network node may retain UE context and other UE-related information after the UE has left an RRC_CONNECTED state, forward the information to another network node, and/or process the information when the UE re-enters the RRC_CONNECTED state.

The method includes generating a first V2X message for transmission. In addition, the method includes transmitting a first signal to a network node for requesting SPS resources for transmitting the first V2X message and following first V2X messages which are generated subsequent to the first V2X message, wherein the first signal includes an identity used to associate the SPS resources with the first V2X message and the following first V2X messages. Furthermore, the method includes receiving a second signal from the network node, wherein the second signal contains a first information indicating the SPS resources and the identity. The method also includes transmitting the first V2X message and the following first V2X messages according to the SPS resources indicated by the first information.

摘要： A method and apparatus are disclosed for a relay UE to receive packets from an eNB where the relay UE acts as a relay for forwarding the packets between a remote UE and the eNB. In one embodiment, the method includes the relay UE connecting with the eNB. The method further includes the relay UE being configured with a radio bearer between the relay UE and the eNB. The method also includes the relay UE receiving a downlink packet on the radio bearer from the eNB, wherein the downlink packet is to be transmitted to the remote UE. In addition, the method includes the relay UE not transmitting any resource request to the eNB for requesting a SL grant for transmission of a sidelink packet including the downlink packet when the sidelink packet becomes available for transmission and there is currently no data available for transmission to the remote UE. Furthermore, the method includes the relay UE receiving the SL grant from the eNB. Also, the method includes the relay UE using the SL grant to transmit the sidelink packet to the remote UE.
