    摘要: A number of holes (3) are formed in the outer circumferential wall (2) of a tubular metallic pipe (1) at regulator intervals in both circumferential and axial directions. Each of the holes (3) consists of a polygonal opening (4) and raised pieces (5) formed by bending the material from the peripheral edge surrounding the opening (3). This pipe may be used as an insert pipe in injection molding an article such as a lead screw, an optical fiber ferrule or the like. The raised pieces reinforce the part of the pipe surrounding each hole, and enhances the bonding between the molding material and insert pipe.

A first underlayer made of an alloy containing Co or Ni as a main component and containing Cr and Zr simultaneously is formed over a base, a second underlayer having a rough surface is formed on the first underlayer, a third underlayer made of an alloy containing Ni as a main component and containing Cr and Zr simultaneously is formed over the second underlayer, a fourth underlayer as a film for controlling crystalline orientation is formed on the third underlayer, a magnetic layer made of an alloy containing cobalt a main component is formed over the fourth underlayer, and a protective film containing carbon as a main component is formed on the magnetic layer.

Which comprises a solid core and a cover covering the core, wherein the cover is formed from a heated mixture of: (A) an ionomer resin, (B) a thermoplastic elastomer having a carboxyl group or a thermoplastic elastomer having a terminal OH group, and (C) a block copolymer having a styrene-butadiene-styrene structure in which the polybutadiene block contains epoxy groups, or a block copolymer having styrene-isoprene-styrene structure in which the polyisoprene block contains epoxy groups, wherein the cover has a flexural modulus of from 50 to 300 MPa and a Shore D-scale hardness of from 40 to 60.
