Abstract: The present disclosure discloses an in-cell touch screen panel, a driving method thereof and a display device. A plurality of sub-pixels are grouped into sub-pixel groups, each of which includes at least two sub-pixels. Cathode layers of different sub-pixel groups are independent of one another. The cathode layers are reused as self-capacitance electrodes. A driving chip determines a touch position by detecting a change in capacitance of the cathode layers, thereby achieving touch control functionality. The driving chip outputs, in a fourth phase, signals to the cathode layers and to the signal terminals of each sub-pixel circuit, each of the signals is a superposition of the signal output in a third phase with a touch scanning signal such that each sub-pixel circuit operates in the fourth phase in the same state as in the third phase.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a touch display panel and a touch display device, for simplifying the structure of the touch display panel and reducing the cost of the touch display panel. The touch display panel includes an array substrate and an opposite substrate assembled together to form a cell, a sealant located within the edge frame area between the array substrate and the opposite substrate and containing therein a conductive gold ball, a sensing electrode located on a side of the opposite substrate facing away from the array substrate, and a touch drive integrated circuit located on the array substrate. The opposite substrate is provided with, within the edge frame area, a first via hole penetrating the opposite substrate and filled therein with a first conductor, and the sensing electrode is electrically connected with the touch drive integrated circuit via the first conductor and the conductive gold ball.

Abstract: An in-cell touch panel and a display device are disclosed, in the in-cell touch panel, each of the self-capacitance electrodes includes a plurality of self-capacitance sub-electrodes which are insulated from each other and connecting lines for connecting the self-capacitance sub-electrodes; an orthographic projection on the first substrate of each self-capacitance sub-electrode does not overlap with an orthographic projection on the first substrate of each gate line; and/or an orthographic projection on the first substrate of each self-capacitance sub-electrode does not overlap with an orthographic projection on the first substrate of each data line. Thus, there is almost no overlapping area between the self-capacitance electrodes and the gate lines and/or there is almost no overlapping area between the self-capacitance electrodes and the data lines, thus there is almost no overlapping capacitance.

Abstract: A self-capacitive touch panel includes a plurality of touch electrodes and a plurality of driving signal transmission lines corresponding to the touch electrodes. A plurality of via-holes is arranged at an identical amount and in an identical manner at a region where each touch electrode is located, and each driving signal transmission line is connected to the corresponding touch electrode through the via-hole. Projections of the via-holes at the regions where the touch electrodes other than the corresponding touch electrode are located in a direction perpendicular to the substrate are not located on the driving signal transmission line.

Abstract: An electrical signal detection module includes a photoelectrical signal application circuitry, an operational amplifier, a gain control circuitry and a master control circuitry. The gain control circuitry includes at least two gain control sub-circuitries connected in parallel to each other, and a discharge switching sub-circuitry connected in parallel to the gain control sub-circuitries. Each gain control sub-circuitry includes a gain switching sub-circuitry and a gain capacitive sub-circuitry connected in series to each other. The master control circuitry is configured to apply a discharge switching signal to the discharge switching sub-circuitry, and apply a gain switching control signal to the corresponding gain switching sub-circuitry. The gain switching sub-circuitry is configured to control a first end and a second end of the gain switching sub-circuitry to be electrically connected to each other in accordance with the gain switching control signal. The discharge switching sub-circuitry is configured to enable a first end of the gain capacitive sub-circuitry connected to the gain switching sub-circuitry to be electrically connected to, or electrically disconnected from, a second end of the gain capacitive sub-circuitry in accordance with the discharge switching signal.
