    Abstract: A piezoresistive detection circuit includes a first transistor, a second transistor, a fixed resistor, and a pressure sensitive resistor, a first end of the fixed resistor is connected with a first voltage signal terminal, and a second end of the fixed resistor is connected with a first node, a first end of the pressure sensitive resistor is connected with the first node, and a second end of the pressure sensitive resistor is grounded, a gate electrode of the first transistor is connected with the first node, a source electrode of the first transistor is connected with a second voltage signal terminal, and a drain electrode of the first transistor is connected with a source electrode of the second transistor, a gate electrode of the second transistor is connected with a scanning signal line, and a drain electrode of the second transistor is connected with a readline.

    Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure provide a pixel circuit, a method for driving the same, and a display apparatus. The pixel circuit comprises a display driving circuit. The display driving circuit comprises a reset sub-circuit, a writing sub-circuit, a driving sub-circuit, a light-emitting control sub-circuit, and a light-emitting device. The reset sub-circuit is configured to reset the driving sub-circuit. The writing sub-circuit is configured to write a data voltage into the driving sub-circuit. The light-emitting control sub-circuit is connected to the driving sub-circuit and an anode of the light-emitting device and is configured to provide driving current, through the driving sub-circuit, for causing the light-emitting device to emit light. The pixel circuit further comprises a detection circuit configured to collect incident light and output a collection result to the read signal line. One or more transistors are shared between the detection circuit and the display driving circuit.

    Abstract: A display device is provided. The display device includes a base substrate; an encapsulation layer, on the base substrate; an organic light-emitting display element between the base substrate and the encapsulation layer configured to emit a first light passing though the base substrate and a second light passing through the encapsulation layer to display image; a photosensitive layer between the base substrate and the encapsulation layer configured to detect a light reflected from a skin of a user and generate a photocurrent signal; and a photosensitive detection circuit coupled to the photosensitive layer configured to determine heart rate information according to the photocurrent signal generated by the photosensitive layer and output the heart rate information.

    Abstract: An electrical signal detection module includes a photoelectrical signal application circuitry, an operational amplifier, a gain control circuitry and a master control circuitry. The gain control circuitry includes at least two gain control sub-circuitries connected in parallel to each other, and a discharge switching sub-circuitry connected in parallel to the gain control sub-circuitries. Each gain control sub-circuitry includes a gain switching sub-circuitry and a gain capacitive sub-circuitry connected in series to each other. The master control circuitry is configured to apply a discharge switching signal to the discharge switching sub-circuitry, and apply a gain switching control signal to the corresponding gain switching sub-circuitry. The gain switching sub-circuitry is configured to control a first end and a second end of the gain switching sub-circuitry to be electrically connected to each other in accordance with the gain switching control signal. The discharge switching sub-circuitry is configured to enable a first end of the gain capacitive sub-circuitry connected to the gain switching sub-circuitry to be electrically connected to, or electrically disconnected from, a second end of the gain capacitive sub-circuitry in accordance with the discharge switching signal.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a temperature sensor, a display panel, and a display apparatus, in the field of sensors. The temperature sensor includes a ring oscillator consisting of n levels of phase inverters, where n is an odd number greater than or equal to 1. Each level of phase inverter includes a first thin film transistor (TFT) and a second TFT that are connected in series. An on/off state of the second TFT is configured to be in a normally-on state, an on/off state of the first TFT is configured to be determined by a signal input to the phase inverter, and mobility of an active layer material of the first TFT is greater than mobility of an active layer material of the second TFT.
