Abstract: This application provides an electrolyte and an electrochemical device, in which the electrolyte comprises an additive A and an additive B, wherein the additive A is present in an amount of 0.001% to 10% by mass in the electrolyte and the additive B is present in an amount of 0.1% to 10% by mass in the electrolyte and the electrolyte has a conductivity of 4 mS/cm to 12 mS/cm at 25° C. The present invention can improve the cycle performance and storage performance of the electrochemical device, in particular, improve the cycle performance and storage performance of the electrochemical device under high temperature and high voltage conditions while keeping the low temperature performance.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the field of batteries and, specifically, to a current collector comprising a support layer, a conductive layer and a conductive material. The conductive layer is located on two surfaces of the support layer. A plurality of holes extending through the support layer and the conductive layer is provided in the current collector and is filled with the conductive material. The current collector of the present disclosure can improve the short circuit resistance of the battery using the current collector when a short circuit occurs under abnormal conditions, so that the short circuit current can be greatly reduced, and thus heat generated by the short circuit can be greatly reduced, thereby improving the safety performance of the battery.
