Abstract: A cleansing wipe may be formed from a nonwoven and includes a first ethylene/alpha-olefin interpolymer and a second ethylene/alpha-olefin interpolymer. The cleansing wipe may also have a SaMbSc configuration, wherein the M, meltblown layer, is formed from the first ethylene/alpha-olefin interpolymer and the second ethylene/alpha-olefin interpolymer. The cleansing wipe may be formed a nonwoven comprising bicomponent fibers that incorporate the first ethylene/alpha-olefin interpolymer and the second ethylene/alpha-olefin interpolymer.

Abstract: Provided are bicomponent fibers. The bicomponent fiber comprises a first region and a second region. The first region comprises a first ethylene/alpha-olefin interpolymer, and the second region comprises a second ethylene/alpha-olefin interpolymer. The first ethylene/alpha-olefin interpolymer has a highest peak melting temperature (Tm) less than 130° C. and at least 3.5° C. greater than a highest peak melting temperature of the second ethylene/alpha-olefin interpolymer. The bicomponent fibers can be used for forming nonwovens that in aspect have improved tensile strength, elongation at break, and/or abrasion resistance.

Abstract: Embodiments of a method for producing a multimodal ethylene-based polymer having a first, second, and third ethylene-based component, wherein the multimodal ethylene based polymer results when ethylene monomer, at least one C3-C12 comonomer, solvent, and optionally hydrogen pass through a first solution, and subsequently, a second solution polymerization reactor. The first solution polymerization reactor or the second solution polymerization reactor receives both a first catalyst and a second catalyst, and a third catalyst passes through either the first or second solution polymerization reactors where the first and second catalysts are not already present. Each ethylene-based component is a polymerized reaction product of ethylene monomer and C3-C12 comonomer catalyzed by one of the three catalysts.

Abstract: Polyethylene formulations, articles produced therefrom, and methods of making articles are provided. The polyethylene formulation includes a multimodal high density polyethylene (HDPE) composition, and 1 ppm to 10,000 ppm of a nucleating agent, wherein the multimodal HDPE composition comprises a density of 0.940 g/cm3 to 0.970 g/cm3 when measured according to ASTM D792, and a melt index (I2) of 0.01 g/10 min. to 1.0 g/10 min. when measured according to ASTM D1238 at 190° C. and a 2.16 kg load, and wherein the multimodal HDPE composition comprises an infrared cumulative detector fraction (CDFIR) of greater than 0.27 and an infrared cumulative detector fraction to light scattering cumulative detector fraction ratio (CDFIR/CDFLS) from 0.7 to 2.0.
