摘要: The present invention provides a workpiece-transfer device that has functions for both loading and unloading workpieces, without requiring a workpiece-storage device to enable a function for replacing material and product workpieces with each other, and that requires only a simple configuration and low costs. A workpiece-transfer device loads a material workpiece W1 in a workpiece-machining device 1 and unloads a product workpiece W2 from the workpiece-machining device 1. A movement means with a rectangular coordinate system 30 is provided to move a traveling body 27 in a first direction along the direction in which the workpiece-machining device 1 and a workpiece-storage device 2 stand in a line (direction X) as well as in a second horizontal direction orthogonal to the first direction (direction Y). The traveling body 27 includes a gripping means 28 for gripping a material or product workpiece W1 and W2.

摘要: In a conventional stabilized direct-current power supply device with a soft starting function, soft starting is achieved by exploiting the rise in a reference voltage. Thus, soft starting is impossible when the reference voltage has already risen. A stabilized direct-current power supply device of the invention has a current suppression circuit that, when the output voltage rises, suppresses the current output from a voltage conversion circuit that converts the input voltage into the output voltage to be fed out. Thus, soft starting is possible even when the reference voltage has already risen.

摘要: A current detection resistance such as a metal resistance is formed in series with a power transistor, and in response to an output voltage of the current detection resistance, an overcurrent protective circuit performs an overcurrent suppressing operation with high accuracy without being affected by irregularity of a current multiplication factor, etc.; thus, it is possible to realize a smaller chip area so as to reduce the cost. Furthermore, a short-circuit protective circuit returns a terminal voltage of a referenced resistance, that appears in accordance with a partial pressure value of an output voltage, at the transistor, a partial pressure resistance, and a current mirror circuit. And the short-circuit protective circuit controls a potential of a base resistance and suppresses a base current. Hence, it is not necessary to dispose the transistor for suppressing a current between base lines, so that a low-voltage operation can be realized. In a direct-current stabilization power supply device having a two-chip structure of a PNP power transistor and a control IC, it is possible to achieve a smaller chip area and a low-voltage operation.

摘要: The present invention provides a regulated power supply circuit capable of stably limiting an output current even in a case where an output current detecting resistor having a low resistance is used. Emitter current of a series regulating transistor Q11 is detected by a current detecting resistor R8. The transistor Q11 is controlled by a transistor Q10 connected by a Darlington connection thereto. A current limiting circuit is composed of transistors Q12 and Q13, which are connected at their bases with one another. The collector of Q12 is connected to the base of Q10 so that the base current of Q10 is reduced at the time of limiting the output current. Emitters of Q12 and Q13 are connected to the resistor R8 by way of resistors R7 and R14, respectively.

摘要: In an image reading apparatus, a signal generator generates a clock signal having a predetermined frequency, and generates a horizontal synchronizing signal in synchronous with the clock signal, and an image sensor reads a document image by scanning the document image in a main scan direction every horizontal scanning line in synchronous with the clock signal, and converts the read document image into an image signal. On the other hand, a stepping motor moves the image sensor and the document image relatively to each other in a subscan direction perpendicular to the main scan direction by one horizontal scanning line in synchronous with the clock signal. Further, a signal interface outputs the horizontal synchronizing signal and the image signal to an external apparatus. On the other hand, a receiver receives a stop request signal from the external apparatus. A controller controls the signal interface to stop the operations of the stepping motor and the signal interface, in response to the received stop request signal.

摘要: A method and device for enlarging an image of digital data which is stored in a memory. The data consisting of one line of the image is read out from the memory and is written again in the memory with different ratio from a ratio of reading in order to enlarge the image. The entire data of the image stored in a certain area of the memory is shifted to another area thereof without interfering an enlargement procedure. The enlargement procedures are repeated plural times to obtain most adequate magnification for designated magnification.

摘要: There is disclosed an image reader in which the reading magnification can be changed optically to a value designated. The image reader provides a device for adjusting the reading magnitude by moving a lens in the direction of the optical axis thereof and adjusting the focusing by shifting the image sensor relative to the lens. Further, the image reader provides a device for measuring the magnification and calculates amounts of movements for the lens and image sensor respectively based upon the measured magnification and the designated magnification. The lens and image sensor are moved respectively by the amount calculated to give the designated magnification in the focused state.
