Abstract: This application provides a communication method, a terminal, and a base station, so that communication is performed between a terminal and a cell during cell handover. The method includes: receiving, by a terminal from a first base station, a cell identity of a first cell, at least one beam parameter of the first cell, and a resource associated with the at least one beam parameter, where the first cell belongs to a second base station; further, determining a target beam parameter, and sending information on a resource corresponding to the target beam parameter; and receiving a response to the information by using a receive beam associated with the target beam parameter, so that communication can be performed between the terminal and a cell during cell handover.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a QoS flow processing method and device, and a communications system. A first access network device sends a message used for a service transfer request to a second access network device, and the message used for the service transfer request includes configuration information of a QoS flow in the first access network device, so that the second access network device can configure a mapping relationship from the QoS flow to a DRB of the second access network device for UE based on the configuration information, and accept the QoS flow of the UE. Therefore, in a service transfer process, a reliable QoS service can be provided for a user, and continuity of a user service can be ensured.

Abstract: This application provides a multi-air-interface communication method and an apparatus. In the method, a mobile terminal supports a plurality of types of air interfaces. The method resolves a BSR sending problem, a PHR reporting problem, and a DRX problem in a case of a plurality of air interfaces. The method that resolves the BSR sending problem in the case of the plurality of air interfaces enables a base station to more accurately allocate a radio resource to the mobile terminal based on a BSR sent on each air interface by the mobile terminal. The method that resolves the PHR reporting problem in the case of the plurality of air interfaces enables the base station to more accurately allocate the radio resource to the mobile terminal. The method that resolves the DRX problem in the case of the plurality of air interfaces is more beneficial to power saving of the mobile terminal.
