摘要: Image information apparatuses, methods, and programs acquire image information of a plurality of frames of images sensed at predetermined regular time intervals. The apparatuses, methods, and programs detect a leading and trailing end of a lane mark included in a detection area defined in each frame of the image information. The apparatuses, methods, and programs detect a detected distance from one of the leading and trailing end of the lane mark to the other one as a detected distance based on the speed of the vehicle and the number of frames between a frame in which one of the leading end and the trailing end of the lane mark is detected and a frame in which the other one of the leading end and the trailing end of the lane mark is detected and determine a lane mark type of the lane mark on the basis of the detected distance.

摘要: The present invention provides an optical waveguide having a low temperature dependence of the difference in refractive index between a core resin and a clad resin and exhibiting excellent optical properties in all the operating temperatures. An optical waveguide of the present invention includes cured resin products each containing, as constituent components, first fluorine-containing monomers each having a perfluoroadamantane structure. With this arrangement, it is possible to obtain an optical waveguide that is excellent in both optical properties and temperature dependence of difference in refractive index between a core resin and a clad resin.

摘要: In a light modulating apparatus for an excimer discharge lamp high frequency voltage whose frequency is 1000 Hz band or higher is applied to the excimer discharge lamp and light is modulated by changing the frequency of the high frequency voltage, on-time per ½ cycle of the frequency is set so that the on-time is approximately equal to charging time for acquiring electric charges which contribute to light emission of the excimer discharge lamp, whereby stable light modulation is possible. Further, the high frequency voltage is modulated by rectangular waveform voltage having low frequency which is lower than that of the high frequency voltage whereby light can be stably modulated in a wide range.

摘要: From a mobile communication device, road information about either a preliminarily registered point or an arbitrary point on a route from a present position to a destination is transmitted to and received in a network navigation center via a cellular phone base station and a general telephone network. Based on that road information, the network navigation center retrieves traffic information about the registered point or the arbitrary point on the route, and then transmits the retrieved traffic information to the mobile communication device via the general telephone network and the cellular phone base station. The traffic information includes traffic congestion area data about the registered point or the arbitrary point on the route, which is displayed on a display in the mobile communication device wherein the user is informed of future traffic information like traffic congestion.
