摘要： The present invention proposes a disc player without risk of damaging a disc and which has the ability to achieve the miniaturization and simplification of the construction.A disc is fed by transferring the loading motor power to a roller through a operation means and a clutch means. Further, a guidance rack plate is engaged with the operation means gear by the disc moving power, and a slider is engaged with the operation means gear by movement of the guidance rack plate which receives the power of the loading motor. Furthermore, the clutch means is removed from the power transfer path by the slider movement causing the roller to separate from the disc and move the clamper to the disc clamping position.

摘要： The present invention proposes a disc loading apparatus which has the ability to position either a large or small disc accurately against a turntable while improving miniaturization.A latching means having a first latch and a second latch are provided to feed and contact a disc against the common stopper by the loading motor power when either a large or small disc is inserted; when a large disc is inserted, the stopper means is latched against the first latch by moving the latching means to the position so as to avoid the latch of the second latch and the stopper means, and the disc loading detection means is loaded in the stopper means. This means moves the clamper to the position where a large or small disc is clamped in cooperation with the turntable by the movement of the driving means by receiving the loading motor power which moves to the stopper means by being pressed by the inserted large or small disc, and also separates the stopper from the disc when at least a large disc is loaded.

Multiple positioning holes where a large hole communicates into a small hole and step differences are arranged in the guide plate made from a metal plate, respectively; multiple engagement projections having a stopper with a large diameter at the end are arranged in the right and left guide projections made of a synthetic resin having a taper surface, respectively; after the stopper is inserted into the corresponding large hole while the inner end of each guide projection is overlapped to the step difference, the guide projection is slid and the engagement projection is moved toward the small hole; the inner end of the guide projection is disengaged from the step difference and the slide along the reverse direction is prohibited by the step difference; and the disc guide is mounted to the guide plate.

The fastener and the end cap are made of hard plastic material, and are integrally molded to one another. The lip is made of soft plastic material, and is integrally connected to the end cap in a predetermined configuration, by pouring the soft plastic material in its molten state onto a predetermined region of the end cap and solidifying the soft plastic material thereon. The clip may also include a cover portion, made of a soft plastic material, that continuously extends from the lip and is integrally connected to an end of the end cap.

摘要： A fixer (heater) includes a heat roller and a pressure roller pressing each other. The fixer heats a heated material by passing the heated material through a press region where the heat roller and the pressure roller meet. The fixer further includes an external heat roller heating the pressure roller from outside the pressure roller. A transit time taken for any given point on the heated material to pass through the press region is less than or equal to 2.3×10−2 sec. The surface temperature, T1 (° C.), of the heat roller and the surface temperature, T2 (° C.), of the pressure roller satisfy T1-T2≦100 (° C.), and preferably satisfy T1-T2≦70 (° C.). The load on the heat roller is reduced, and so is the power consumption.
