摘要： An antenna device of the type including an array antenna comprised of a plurality of planar antenna elements, wherein the planar antenna elements are arranged in a staggered pattern such that two adjacent ones of the antenna elements are disposed diagonally with each other. With this staggered arrangement, the spacing between the adjacent antenna element becomes larger than that in a conventional matrix arrangement, whereby the interference between the adjacent planar antenna elements is considerably reduced, while the antenna efficiency of the planar antenna elements is improved.

摘要： A radar module includes a high-frequency signal generator comprising upper and lower parallel conductive plates, at least one dielectric rod held between the parallel conductive plates, a metal diode mount held between the parallel conductive plates, a gunn diode member mounted on a side of the diode mount, and a printed-circuit board mounted on the side of the diode mount in covering relationship to the gunn diode member and having a bias supply circuit on its surface for supplying a bias voltage to the gunn diode member. One terminal of the gunn diode member extends through a through hole defined in the printed-circuit board, is exposed in the vicinity of the surface of the diode mount, and is connected to the bias supply circuit. The printed-circuit board has a rectangular metal pattern dimensionally adjustable for adjusting the oscillation frequency of the gunn diode member, and a varactor diode for modulating the frequency of a signal generated by the gunn diode member so that the high-frequency signal generator can function as an FM signal generator.

摘要： An easily breakable plastic capsule according to the present invention comprises a hollow cylindrical body capable of elastic deformation. The body is packed with a fluid material. An end wall of the body is formed with a plurality of radially extending grooves. When the body is deformed elastically, the bottom walls of the grooves are broken, so that the material flows out of the body through tears in the grooves. A water filter according to the present invention comprises a casing, made of paper and coupled to a cigarette, and a filter member and the capsule arranged in the casing. The grooved end wall of the capsule is situated in close vicinity to the filter member.

The urine receiver which collects urine of a wearer of the urine receiver under suction force has a container member provided with a bottom, a peripheral wall and flange. The container member has a suction tube which extends through the peripheral wall and has a urine suction port opening toward the interior of the container member and a urine evacuation port opening toward the exterior of the container member. The evacuation port is adapted to be connected to a connector of a urine suction means provided externally of the container member.
