    摘要: There is an image processing apparatus to perform an image editing process such as to extract a part of an image or to synthesize a plurality of images. This apparatus comprises: an image information generator to generate image information; an area information generator to generate area information to extract a desired area of the image information; a coding circuit to compress and code the area information; a memory to store the area information which was compressed and coded by the coding circuit; a decoder to decode the area information in the memory; and an extracting circuit to extract the desired area of the image information on the basis of the area information which was decoded by the decoder. The coding circuit codes the area information on a unit basis of n.times.m pixels by use of a coding look-up table. The decoder also decodes the area information by use of a decoding look-up table. The image information is separated into lightness information and shape information on a unit basis of n.times.m pixels and stored. Thus, the capacity of the memory can be reduced.

    摘要: An A.C. relay system for making and breaking an A.C. power line utilizing an electromagnetic relay having a coil for opening and closing the mechanical switching contacts, a bilateral gated semiconductor such as a triac connected across the contacts, and a control circuit for switching the relay and triac in proper sequence is disclosed. The control circuit comprises a sequence control unit, a phase detector, a triac firing unit and a relay energizing unit. Upon actuation of the sequence control unit, the triac firing unit first fires the triac and then the relay energizing unit energizes the coil to close the mechanical contacts. To break the A.C. power line, the sequence control unit first de-energizes the relay energizing unit and then after a suitable time interval de-energizes the triac firing unit to cut off the gate signal, the triac being turned off when the load current on the power line is below a triac holding current.

The image processing apparatus divides the image into plural regions based on attribute information of the image, and extracts region boundary information relating to a boundary line between different regions.     摘要: An oxide film is formed on a target substrate by CVD, in a process field to be selectively supplied with a first process gas including a silicon source gas and a second process gas including an oxidizing gas. The oxide film is formed by performing cycles each alternately including first and second steps. The first step performs supply of the first process gas, thereby forming an adsorption layer containing silicon on a surface of the target substrate. The second performs supply of the second process gas, thereby oxidizing the adsorption layer on the surface of the target substrate. The silicon source gas is a univalent or bivalent aminosilane gas, and each of the cycles is arranged to use a process temperature lower than that used for a trivalent aminosilane gas.
