摘要： A plasma ignition system includes an ignition plug attached to an engine and having a center electrode, a ground electrode, and a discharge space, a discharge power source circuit, a plasma generation power source circuit, a resistance element between the discharge power source circuit and the center electrode, a rectifying device between the plasma generation power source circuit and the center electrode, and an element receiving portion in a periphery of the center electrode. The plug puts gas in the discharge space into a plasma state to ignite a fuel/air mixture in the engine, as a result of application of high voltage to the plug by the discharge power source circuit and supply of high current to the plug by the plasma generation power source circuit. The resistance element and the rectifying device are placed in the receiving portion.

摘要： A pick-up style utility vehicle according to the present invention has a front seat, a rear seat, and a cargo bed in this order from front. The cargo bed is changeable between an expanded state in which the cargo bed is expanded forward to a rear riding space in front of the cargo bed and a non-expanded state not occupying the rear riding space. The rear seat forms side panels of the expandable portions of the cargo bed in the expanded state.

摘要： A balanced-unbalanced transformation device includes a plate-like dielectric substrate having a ground electrode and a plurality of major surface electrodes formed thereon. Two of the major surface electrodes are connected to the ground electrode via short-circuit side surface electrodes so as to form ¼ wavelength resonator transmission lines. A third major surface electrode is disposed between the two major surface electrodes and has either end open so as to form a ½ wavelength resonator transmission line. A balancing characteristic adjustment side surface electrode is provided on a side surface of the dielectric substrate. By adjusting a capacitance formed between the balancing characteristic adjustment side surface electrode and the third major surface electrode, a phase balance between two balanced signals is set to a desired value.

摘要： A plasma type ignition plug for igniting an internal combustion engine is disclosed having a negative electrode, a positive electrode, and a discharging distance fixing member, which includes an electrically conductive material replenishing section, made of an electrically conductive material available to melt when subjected to a heat of gas in plasma state, and an electrically conductive material replenished section to which the electrically conductive material is replenished. The discharging distance fixing member is covered on a surface of the negative electrode for initiating the spark discharge between a surface of the discharging distance fixing member and the positive electrode so as to avoid a fluctuation in a spark discharge distance caused by a wear of the negative electrode due to a collision of gas in the plasma state.

The cylindrical portion has a base end portion in one axial end thereof. The base end portion of the cylindrical portion includes at least one flange portion. The at least one flange portion radially outwardly protrudes. The at least one flange portion has multiple bolt insertion holes, through which a bolt is respectively inserted.

摘要： A dielectric filter includes a dielectric block having inner-conductor-formed holes extending from a first face of the dielectric block to a second face opposed to the first face. Inner conductors are formed inside the inner-conductor-formed holes such that both ends of the inner-conductor-formed holes are open-circuited. On the exterior surface of the dielectric block, balanced input/output terminals are capacitively coupled to the open ends of the inner-conductor-formed holes. A metal cover is provided so as to cover one of the first or second face of the dielectric block. The metal cover functions as a short-circuit conductor in a spurious mode such as a TE mode other than a TEM mode, and hence the influence of the spurious mode is avoided.

摘要： The invention provides a dielectric filter, comprising: a dielectric block having a first end face and a second end face and side faces extending therebetween; a plurality of resonator holes and at least one external coupling hole respectively passing through both end faces; inner conductors provided on inner faces of the resonator holes and the external coupling holes; an external conductor provided on the outer faces of the dielectric block; concavities provided in formation regions of the external coupling holes on the first and the second end face and in the short-circuiting regions of the resonator holes; and the external conductor being removed except from the portions of the concavities in the first end face and the second end face, thereby forming open faces of the resonator holes on the first end face and the second end face.
