    Abstract: A communication method and a communications apparatus, where the method may include: selecting or re-selecting, by a terminal device, from a first cell to a second cell through cell selection or re-selection, where radio access technologies of the first cell and the second cell are different, and where the terminal device is in an inactive mode in the first cell; re-selecting, by the terminal device, to the second cell through cell re-selection; and initiating, by the terminal device, a registration procedure after completing the cell re-selection. When the terminal device in inactive mode performs cell re-selection based on different radio technologies, the terminal device initiates the registration procedure or a service request procedure, for NAS signaling connection recovery. When the terminal device changes a radio access technology, a network device can update information.

    Abstract: Embodiments of this application disclose a communication method and a communications apparatus, and are used in the field of communications technologies, to resolve a problem of how to notify an access network device of an NR PC5 QoS parameter of a terminal. The method in one embodiment includes a home V2XCF that obtains an NR PC5 QoS parameter of a terminal, and the home V2XCF sends the NR PC5 QoS parameter to an access network device, such as a first network element that is in an EPS. The first network element receives the NR PC5 QoS parameter and sends the NR PC5 QoS parameter to an MME. After receiving the NR PC5 QoS parameter, the MME sends the NR PC5 QoS parameter to an access network device. The first network element may be an HSS or a PCRF.

    Abstract: Embodiments of this application relate to the field of communications technologies, and disclose a communication method and a communications apparatus, to resolve a problem caused when V2X services on different frequency bands are transmitted by using a same QoS flow. The method includes: A transmit end determines a layer-2 address pair of a first V2X service based on a frequency band of the first V2X service, where the layer-2 address pair of the first V2X service includes a source layer-2 address of the first V2X service and a destination layer-2 address of the first V2X service, and the layer-2 address pair of the first V2X service corresponds to the frequency band of the first V2X service.     Abstract: An image processing method and apparatus are disclosed, to improve quality of an image on which color processing is performed. The method includes: determining color values of N color components of each pixel of a to-be-processed image, where N is a natural number greater than 1; determining N ratios of a luminance value of each pixel to the color values of the N color components; determining N first color adjustment coefficients based on the N ratios; and performing color processing on each pixel based on the N first color adjustment coefficients and the color values of the N color components to obtain a target image.
