Abstract: A data processing circuit is disclosed. The data processing circuit relates to the field of digital circuits, and includes a first computing circuit and an input control circuit. The first computing circuit includes one or more computing sub-circuits. Each computing sub-circuit includes a first addition operation circuit, a multiplication operation circuit, a first comparison operation circuit, and a first nonlinear operation circuit. The first nonlinear operation circuit includes at least one of an exponential operation circuit and a logarithmic operation circuit. The input control circuit is configured to: control the first computing circuit to read input data and an input parameter, and control, according to a received first instruction, the operation circuit in the computing sub-circuit included in the first computing circuit, to perform an operation on the input data and the input parameter.

Abstract: A method for handling a radio link failure (RLF) is described. The method includes sending, by a terminal device, duplicated data packets to a network device on a first carrier and a second carrier. Thereafter, upon determining that an RLF occurred on one of the first carrier and the second carrier, the terminal device sends RLF indication information to the network device. The RLF indication information indicates that the RLF event occurs on the first carrier, the second carrier, or the first carrier and the second carrier.

Abstract: The method includes: obtaining, by UE, UE capability information of the UE; if the size of the UE capability information exceeds the maximum tolerance that can be processed by the PDCP layer of the UE, splitting the UE capability information into at least two pieces of part UE capability information, where each piece does not exceed the maximum tolerance that can be processed by the PDCP layer; and reporting at least one piece of part UE capability information to a network side device. According to this method, the UE capability information is split on a UE side, and reported to the network side device for a plurality of times.

Abstract: A communication method and a device are provided. The method includes: Two thresholds are set on a terminal device side: a first threshold and a second threshold. A terminal device may determine a cause for a radio link failure RLF based on a value relationship between a measurement result of a radio signal and the two thresholds, and further may use different handling manners depending on different RLF causes.
