Moreover, the safety lock arrangement includes a locker member movably mounted on said supporting frame, wherein said locker member has a slider slot formed thereon to define a pusher surface and an opposed retracting surface, and a thermal activated arm substantially extended from said supporting frame to slidably pass through said slider slot of said locker member at a safety temperature, and adapted to deflect to push said locker member at said pusher surface at an elevated operation temperature.

A method of expanding a downhole tool comprises disposing the downhole tool comprising at least one moveable arm within the wellbore, biasing the at least one moveable arm to a collapsed position corresponding to an initial diameter of the downhole tool, flowing a fluid through an axial flowbore extending through the downhole tool while preventing the fluid from communicating with a different flowpath of the downhole tool, allowing the fluid to communicate with the different flowpath by introducing an actuator into the wellbore, and causing the at least one moveable arm to translate to an expanded position corresponding to an expanded diameter of the downhole tool.

The catalyst activator is used in combination with a transition metal catalyst for the polymerization of olefins. The catalyst activator provides improved catalyst activities. It is especially useful in solution polymerizations because of desirable solubility characteristics in comparison to the borate salts used in prior activators.
