摘要： A needle bar thread guide device for a sewing machine comprises a needle bar thread guide which is fixed to the lower end portion of the needle bar of the sewing machine and has a thread retaining portion therein for guiding the needle thread and an auxiliary thread guide which is mounted on the needle bar above the needle bar thread guide in such a way as to be adjustable in its vertical position and has a threading hole therein for passing the needle thread therethrough so as to apply a frictional force to the needle thread by contacting the needle thread at the rim thereof, characterized in that the retaining point of the thread retaining portion and the contact point of the threading hole are shifted from each other in a plan view. As a result, the remaining length of the needle thread end under the needle eye after trimming can be made as short as possible and nevertheless the needle thread is effectively prevented from coming off the needle eye at the start of sewing operation, so that keeping the good appearance of the end portion of needle thread remaining in sewn products and preventing errors in sewing operation stand together.

A wiper operation crank is secured to the wiper shaft for adjusting a turning operation thereof relative to the wiper. An operation link is connected by a pin to the operation crank. A driving unit drives the operation crank reciprocally and drives the crank and shaft to turn about the axis of the shaft.

摘要： A thread end holding unit of a sewing machine employs a needle thread gripping puller driven so as to be positioned either at a thread catch position or a return position. The puller has a hook portion at a tip end thereof adapted for catching a needle thread extended from a needle when the needle thread gripping puller is positioned at the thread catch position. The needle thread is caught and held by the hook at the return position. First and second holding members are respectively fixedly mounted on a supporter fixed to the arm. These holding members have press portions forcibly pushed elastically by both sides of the needle thread gripping puller for pressing and holding the thread end of the needle thread caught by the hook when the hook portion is positioned at the return position.

摘要： A thread cutting knife device in a sewing machine having a bed has a lower shaft rotatably supported at the bed and a throat plate mounted thereon. A hook is attached to the lower shaft and extends beyond a throat plate. A thread cutting knife and a loop spreading plate are adapted to cross between the hook and the throat plate to cut a needle thread looping portion at a cloth side and a bobbin thread. The knife and the plate are respectively rotatably supported by the lower shaft. The knife has a blade at an upper edge of the tip end thereof. The loop spreading plate has a thread dividing portion extending into the needle thread looping portion at the cloth side and a thread looping portion at the side of the needle. A thread drawing portion is formed at one edge of a base of the dividing portion for holding the needle thread looping portion at the cloth side and the bobbin thread. A blade positioned at the side of the throat plate and is opposed to and crosses the blade of the thread cutting knife.

The phone terminal includes a repeater hub, an acquisition module, an assignment module and a communication module. The repeater hub includes a network port connected to the network system, and a port connected to an electronic device. The acquisition module acquires a first IP address for the phone terminal and a second IP address for the electronic device from the DHCP server. The assignment module assigns, in response to an IP address assignment request from the electronic device, the second IP address to the electronic device as a request source. The communication module communicates with the electronic device using the first IP address and the IP address assigned to the electronic device.
