In a gasket (100) in which a protruded part (110), which serves to stabilize the posture of the gasket (100) in a groove (201) by being in contact with an inner wall surface of the groove (201) in a state where the gasket is sandwiched by a head cover (200) and a cylinder head, is continuously formed in a longitudinal direction of the gasket (100), the protruded part (110) is characterized by a stepped structure which includes a first protruded portion (111) with the largest amount of protrusion that is formed along the vicinity of a center of a gasket main body, a second protruded portion (112) with the smallest amount of protrusion that is formed at the side of the head cover (200), and a third protruded portion (113) that is formed at the side of the cylinder head, and has an amount of protrusion which is smaller than that of the first protruded portion (111), and larger than that of the second protruded portion (112).

摘要： An object of the present invention is to provide an infusion preparation in which the Maillard reaction between an amino acid and a reducing sugar does not occur during storage and the size of fat particles in the fat emulsion does not increase during storage, and in which various types of vitamins can be incorporated in a stable manner, in spite of the fact that it is a two-chamber infusion preparation. Furthermore, even if only one of the infusions (of the infusion preparation) is administered, the patient is unlikely to develop hyperkalemia, vascular pain, or phlebitis. The present invention provides an infusion preparation containing two chambers separated by a partition that can be communicably opened, wherein a first chamber contains a first-chamber infusion containing a sugar and a fat emulsion, a second chamber contains a second-chamber infusion containing an amino acid and an electrolyte, the first-chamber infusion is substantially free of potassium, and has a relative osmotic pressure of 2.0 to 3.0, the second-chamber infusion has a potassium concentration of 40 mEq/L or less and a relative osmotic pressure of 2.5 to 3.5, and a mixture of the first- and second-chamber infusions has a potassium concentration of 16 mEq/L or more as measured upon communicably opening the partition.

摘要： The infusion preparation for peripheral parenteral administration comprises an infusion (A) containing glucose with 80 to 200 g/L concentration, and an infusion (B) containing amino acid with 50 to 150 g/L concentration. The infusion (A) and the infusion (B) are separately put into a vessel that is divided with an openable partition means. The infusion (A) does not contain sulfite, has titratable acidity of 1 or less, contains vitamin B1 and is adjusted to pH 3 to 5. The infusion (B) is adjusted to pH 6.5 to 8. After mixing the both infusions, the mixture has pH 6 to 7.5 and titratable acidity of 5 to 10.

The controller executes first processing for making speech connection between the first terminal and the second terminal by a peer-to-peer when the media processing abilities coincide with each other, and executes second processing for leading in a speech path between the first terminal and the second terminal to convert into the same media processing ability when the media processing abilities non-coincide with each other.

The first seal section is ridge-shaped so as to become slender in a direction toward a tip portion of the first seal section. The first seal section has first and second side surfaces which are opposite to each other with respect to a first plane passing through the tip portion of the first seal section. The first side surface overhangs outwardly larger than the second side surface.
