Abstract: A wireless power receiving device according to one embodiment of the present specification comprises: a power pickup circuit for receiving wireless power from a wireless power transmitting device; and a communication/control circuit for communicating with the wireless power transmitting device by using in-band communication using a power signal of the wireless power and/or out-band communication, which is wireless communication that differs from the in-band communication, and for controlling the reception of the wireless power, wherein the communication/control circuit terminates the connection of the out-band communication on the basis of the removal of the power signal from the wireless power transmitting device in a state in which the connection of the wireless power transmitting device and the out-band communication is established.
