摘要: An object of the present invention is to reduce the control time required when a channel handover is performed in a mobile communication system. The conventional system has such shortcomings that a long time is required for re-designating a channel when a channel handover procedure results in failure. Particularly, in the common access type system, there is such a problem that since a channel handover is required to be performed several times during a channel handover procedure, an extra time is required for performing the handover procedure. The present invention has a plurality of base stations for covering the service area, and a mobile station for performing a communication with the base stations through radio channels. Here, the present invention is characterized in that the base stations notify the mobile station of a plurality of candidates when the mobile station performs a handover procedure, thereby improving the problem inherent in the conventional system that a single candidate is notified when a channel handover procedure is performed. Therefore, the present invention makes it possible to change the channel to the next candidate channel at high speed when the previous channel handover procedure results in failure.

摘要: A transmitted signal is enciphered or concealed to thereby prevent interference, even when data indicative of the receiver terminal is made public because of the use of a common access channel. In the transmitter, in a random-number bit adder 6, a random-number .alpha. (digital signal) generated by a random-number generator 5 is inserted into a transmitting data signal DA generated by a transmitting data generator 1, and the resultant is outputted as a signal (DA, .alpha.). An encipherment processor 2 enciphers the signal (DA, .alpha.) and outputs it as a signal (DA, .alpha.)'. In the receiver, this signal (DA, .alpha.)' is deciphered into (DA, .alpha.), and the random-bits .varies. are removed from (DA, .alpha.) to restore the signal DA.

摘要: A main tank for preparation of glue having agitation effect and shearing effect far larger than in the conventional tank is fitted with an agitator having multiple blades on a shaft supported to allow rotation on the bottom of a tank. A disc is provided having numerous teeth in the radial direction, with a gap .delta. from the lower surface of the agitating blade. One or more baffles having a triangular cross-section are provided on the inner side surface of the tank and one or more baffles of the same construction are on the bottom. The lower surface of the agitating blade is of a flat shape, and can have teeth at an angle crossing the teeth of the disc. The gap .delta. between the agitating blade and the disc is adjustable.

摘要: A mobile device and a communication method that enable to collect location information without imposing a load on the mobile device and the network. In the mobile device, a communication module receives a notification signal including a cell ID from a base station and a determining module determines whether the cell ID included in the notification signal corresponds to a cell ID stored in a storage module. A positioning module performs measurements of the location and the communication module notifies the location information thus measured. Thereby, a management center is capable of collecting the location information of the mobile device located in a given area and it is possible to realize processing to efficiently collect the location information by reducing a load on the mobile device and the network.
