摘要: In a compression data editing apparatus, a smooth switching (edition) having no noise is enabled to be performed. A code train 10 is supplied to an MPEG decoding circuit 2 and is delayed by a fixed time and, after that, it is decoded into an audio signal. In this instance, the operation is temporarily stopped for a block which is repeated. When an offset value extracted by an offset extracting circuit 3 lies within a predetermined range, the repeat pulse is detected and supplied to the circuit 2. A flag is set to a frame in which the pulse is detected. In the circuit 2, the decoding is temporarily stopped in the code block which corresponds to the pulse and was recorded at the second time. The decoding is restarted after the next block was inputted. In the circuit 2, the supplied code train 10 is supplied to, for example, a synthesis filter of 512 taps and is converted into the audio signal. Therefore, data of 256 samples near the boundary of the adjacent blocks is mutually influenced and a correct audio signal 14 is outputted.

摘要: An automatic coating system for making set-up by coating a wax pattern with a refractory material, for use in a lost wax process. The system has a set-up pickup device adapted to pickup the set-ups by one from a set-up pool, a slurry dipping device for dipping the set-up in the slurry of the refractory coating material, a sanding device adapted to deposit sand to the coated set-up and a set-up taking-out device for taking the set-up out of the system. These devices are disposed on a common circle. The system further has aset-up transportation device located at the center of the circle. The transportation device has a plurality of beams extended radially outwardly to positions of the devices on the circle and supported by a shaft which is rotatable and movable up and down. Each beam has an arm which is adapted to hold the set-up. The beams of the transportation device are cyclically moved up and down and rotated back and forth to transport the set-ups from one to the next devices disposed on the circle.

摘要: An image processing device that encodes image data including: an encoding unit which, with a small region line including, arrayed in the horizontal direction, small regions obtained by dividing large regions arrayed in the vertical direction of an image, performs encoding of image data of the large region, advancing the encoding order of small regions in the same order as a scan order, and advancing the encoding order of small region lines in an order different from the scan order; and a control unit that controls the encoding unit to encode in accordance with a state of a left small region situated at a left periphery of a small region to be processed, and a state of a lower small region situated at a lower periphery of the small region to be processed. The device suppresses deterioration in encoding efficiency due to high speed image encoding.

摘要: An in-vehicle apparatus selects, as a profile connection mode, one connection mode out of a first connection mode and a second connection mode, and performs profile connection using the selected one connection mode. The first connection mode is to transmit a profile connection request signal to a communication partner so as to start a connection procedure; the second connection mode is to wait for reception of a profile connection request signal from the communication partner for a predetermined time so as to start the connection procedure. When the profile connection using the selected one connection mode fails, a connection procedure using the other connection mode that was not selected previously is started. When the profile connection using the other connection mode is successful, upon occurrence of a next profile connection request, the other connection mode is selected as a profile connection mode.

摘要: A communication unit connects an e-mail data transfer protocol to transfer e-mail data items with an external device. An e-mail data storage unit stores the e-mail data items transferred from the external device. The control unit does not cause the external device to transfer the e-mail data items when the e-mail data transfer protocol is connected and when a total number of subjects of the e-mail data items and a data content of a latest e-mail data item stored in the external device respectively coincide with a total number of subjects of the e-mail data items and a data content of a latest e-mail data item stored in the e-mail data storage unit, at the time point when the e-mail data transfer protocol is connected between the communication unit and the external device.
