    摘要: A tape cassette (1) comprises a case body consisting of an upper half case (2) and a lower half case (3), a pair of spools (7,8) for winding a tape, supported for rotation within the case body and provided respectively with circumferentially arranged toothed portions (7a.sub.1,8a.sub.1), a locking member (11) placed for sliding within the case body and provided with locking fingers (11a.sub.1,11a.sub.2) to be brought into engagement with the front portions of the toothed portions (7a.sub.1,8a.sub.1) of the spools (7,8), and a cam portion (11d) to be brought into engagement with the positioning pin (99) of a recording/reproducing apparatus in loading the tape cassette on the recording/reproducing apparatus, and a locking spring (11c) fastened to the locking member (11) to bias the locking member (11) toward the back side of the case body. The positioning pin (99) engages the cam portion (11d) of the locking member (11 ) to shift the locking member toward the front side of the case body so that the locking fingers (11a.sub.1,11a.sub.2) are disengaged from the toothed portions (7a.sub.1,8a.sub.1) in loading the tape cassette on the recording/reproducing apparatus. The locking spring (11c) biases the locking member (11) toward the back side of the case body so that the locking fingers (11a.sub.1,11a.sub.2) engage the toothed portions (7a.sub.1,8a.sub.1) of the spool (7,8) in removing the tape cassette (1) from the recording/reproducing apparatus. The locking member (11) locks the spools (7,8) firmly so that the spools are not caused to rotate even if an impact is applied to the back side of the case body.

    摘要: Herein disclosed are a method for preparing an aqueous developer dispersion which comprises the steps of dissolving, in an organic solvent, a developer which comprises a nuclear-substituted salicylic acid salt represented by the following general formula (I): ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1, R.sub.2, R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 may be the same or different and each represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, an alkyl group having not more than 15 carbon atoms, a cycloalkyl group, a phenyl group, a nuclear-substituted phenyl group, an aralkyl group or a nculear-substituted aralkyl group, or two adjacent groups selected from R.sub.1 to R.sub.4 may be bonded together to form a ring; n is an integer of not less than 1; and M represents magnesium, calcium, zinc, aluminum, iron, cobalt, nickel or a basic ion thereof; emulsifying and dispersing the resulting solution in an aqueous solution of an acrylamide copolymer having a degree of polymerization of not less than 100 obtained by copolymerizing 96 to 70 mole % of acrylamide with 4 to 30 mole % of an alkyl or alkoxyalkyl, having not more than 4 carbon atoms, ester of acrylic acid, methacrylic acid, itaconic acid or maleic acid; then heating the emulsified dispersion to remove the organic solvent by distillation; and optionally finely wet-pulverizing the resulting aqueous dispersion to an extent that reduction in the average particle size of the developer dispersed in the dispersion does not exceed 10%; as well as pressure-sensitive recording paper obtained using the aqueous developer dispersion. The recording paper is substantially improved in the developing density, developing velocity and printability.

    摘要: A method for selectively removing a desired insulating film from a wafer surface. The method includes the steps of: preparing vapor containing hydrogen fluoride and water; keeping the temperature of the wafer surface higher than the temperature of the vapor by a prescribed temperature difference range; and supplying the vapor to the wafer surface. Due to the difference in responsiveness caused by the temperature difference, only the desired film, for example, the native silicon oxide film formed on a silicon layer surface, is selectively etched and removed by the hydrogen fluoride. It is not necessary to extremely reduce the water content in the reaction system, or to accurately regulate the concentration of the hydrogen fluoride gas.

    摘要: A method for treating a main surface of a wafer on which a thin film having micro openings is formed with a treatment agent includes the steps of: making the thin film hydrophilic, supplying water to the surface of the thin film, and supplying the treatment agent in vapor phase to the thin film while spinning the wafer. The rendered hydrophilic thin film causes the water supplied to the surface of the thin film to form a water film having a uniform thickness on the inner surface of the openings as well as on the surface of the thin film. A vapor phase treatment agent supplied dissolves in the water film so as to treat the main surface of the wafer at the bottom of the openings. Even if the wafer is spun at high speed, the treatment agent permeates through the water film into the openings so as to uniformly and efficiently treat the main surface of the wafer.
