摘要: A circuit board comprising a core material made from magnesium, a magnesium alloy, or a magnesium-based composite material, and an electric circuit formed on the core material. A process for producing the circuit board comprises the steps of (1) forming an electrodeposition-painted coating on such a core material, (2) forming a polyimide resin coating on the electrodeposition-painted coating, (3) forming a via hole extending through the resin coating to the underlying electrodeposition-painted coating, (4) etching and removing the electrodeposition-painted coating in the region exposed in the bottom of the via hole while masking the other region with the resin coating thereby extending the via hole to the core material, (5) forming a metal film on at least a free surface of the resin coating and an inner surface of the extended via hole, and (6) etching the metal film by using a photoresist mask to form a conductor layer having a predetermined pattern.

摘要: A semi-hard magnetic material characterized by a high coercive force (Hc), i.e. 20-50 Oe, can be produced by the disclosed process.In accordance with the process, an alloy consisting of 73 to 93% Co and 3 to 7% Nb, and the balance being iron is worked into a suitable form, solution treated, cold worked at a reduction of area not lower than 75% and aged. Said alloy contains niobium in a greater amount than the known alloy for the same application in order to enhance the coercive force. With the increase in the content of niobium, however, the cold workability of the alloy deteriorates. In order to overcome this disadvantage, the Inventors provide particular conditions for the solution treatment. The solution treatment consists of heating the alloy to a temperature not lower than 1000.degree.C and cooling it to room temperature. During the cooling, quenching of the alloy should be started at 800.degree.C or higher and continued to a temperature of 500.degree.C or less.

摘要: An optical apparatus is disclosed which has a light amount adjusting unit, a lens to be driven by a linear actuator, and a detector for detecting the position of the lens, and which can be reduced in size. The optical apparatus includes a light amount adjusting unit which adjusts a light amount by light shield members translating in a first direction, a vibration type linear actuator which drives the lens in an optical axis direction, a guide member which guides the lens in the optical axis direction, and a detector which detects the position of the lens. When viewed from the optical axis direction of the optical apparatus, the vibration type linear actuator, the guide member, and the detector are arranged along an outer surface of the light amount adjusting unit, the outer surface being provided in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction.

摘要: An optical apparatus is disclosed which can well maintain a surface contact state between a vibrator and a contact member of a vibration type linear actuator to perform a stable lens drive. The optical apparatus comprises a vibration type linear actuator driving a lens in an optical axis direction. The vibration type linear actuator includes a vibrator on which vibration is produced through an electromechanical energy conversion action and a contact member which is in press contact with the vibrator. 摘要: There is disclosed a silver halide color photographic light-sensitive material which excels in a color reproduction and an image fastness and which has an excellent color developability. The above silver halide color photographic light-sensitive material comprises a support and provided thereon a yellow color-developing light-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer, a magenta color-developing light-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer and a cyan color-developing light-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer each having a different color-sensitivity, wherein the above magenta color-developing light-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer contains at least one of the non-diffusible dye-forming couplers represented by the following Formula (M), a high boiling organic solvent having a dielectric constant of 6.0 or less and a refraction index of 1.50 or less, and at least one of the water insoluble polymers which are obtained by polymerizing at least one of the monomers having an aromatic group: wherein R1 represents a hydrogen atom or a substituent; Z represents a non-metal atomic group which is necessary to form a 5-membered azole ring containing 2 to 4 nitrogen atoms and the above azole ring may contain a substituent (including a condensed ring); and X represents a hydrogen atom or a group capable of splitting off upon a coupling reaction with an oxidation product of a developing agent.
