摘要: An apparatus for serving a hot beverage prepared by extraction capable of serving the beverage kept at high temperature is provided. A plate for radiating far-infrared rays is provided facing the extraction chamber with a predetermined distance separating each other. The plate heated by a heater radiates far-infrared rays, whereby the extraction chamber is heated by the far-infrared rays, thereby serving of a hot extracted beverage is facilitated. In another embodiment, fans for exhaling steam are provided separately for a receiver for receiving the raw material and hot water and for a mixing bowl for mixing additives such as sugar, milk, etc., thereby serving of a hot extracted beverage is facilitated. In still further embodiment, the extraction chamber for mixing the raw material with hot water and extracting a beverage from the mixture is contained in a case the inside of which is heated by a heater, and a steam exhaling tube is provided which has an inlet communicated with the receiving chamber and an outlet at a predetermined position inside the case, thereby serving of a hot extracted beverage is facilitated.

摘要: A diffuser is provided on a beverage supply tube having a beverage supply valve. Air bubbles formed in the beverage in the final stage of filtration for extraction are removed from the beverage, and only the gas is passed through the beverage supply tube, whereby the tube is air-blown. Thereafter, the beverage remaining in the diffuser is drained through a drain tube. A pair of electrodes are provided on the beverage supply tube which leads the extracted beverage to the serving cup portion, in order to detect the presence and absence of the beverage based on the conduction caused by the beverage between the electrodes. An air pipe for supplying air to the extraction chamber from an air pump is provided with a branch, and a pressure sensor for detecting the pressure within the extraction chamber during the filtration is attached to the branch. The on/off duty ratio of the air pump is controlled based on a pressure signal from the pressure sensor, so as to control the pressure within the extraction chamber below a predetermined pressure.

摘要: A suspension system for an automotive vehicle employs a active suspension control feature for actively controlling the suspension characteristics according to the vehicle driving condition. Active suspension control is performed by adjusting offset of a gravity center for adjusting load distribution at respective vehicular wheels. The load distribution is adjusted so that the suspension characteristics can be changed to over-steer characteristics when the vehicle speed demand is higher than a given level so as to allow drift of the vehicle at a corner. In order to assure driving stability, the suspension system is further adjusted to suppress vehicular rolling during drift of the vehicle.

摘要: A vibration-proofing device according to the present invention includes at least one fluid chamber in which fluid is filled between a vibrating member and a vibrated member. The fluid chamber is formed which expands and contracts from the vibration of the vibrating member. In the fluid within this fluid chamber, opposite phase pulsations are generated by means of a vibrator. The vibrator comprises an almost plate-shaped member fabricated from a magnetic material, which makes up one part of a partition forming the fluid chamber. The vibrator is activated by solenoids.

摘要: An electronic conference server apparatus is provided, which carries out proper access management over electronic data used at an electronic conference in accordance with an access authority of each participant in the electronic conference. A folder making portion makes a folder for each participant in the electronic conference, the folder being accessible only by the participant, in a participant data recording portion, and copies electronic data limited in access in accordance with an access authority level set for the participant, to the made folder. An access managing portion permits a participant's access to a folder that is made for the participant, but denies other participants' access to the folder.

摘要: In method and apparatus for estimating a sideslip angle of an automotive vehicle, a cornering power (PC.sub.2) of a rear road wheel is calculated as in the following equation (1a) using detected values of a yaw rate (.DELTA..psi.), a lateral acceleration (.DELTA..DELTA.Y), and a vehicle velocity (V). The estimated sideslip angle (P.beta.) is calculated in the following equation (1b).PC.sub.2 =(V/h)(Ma.DELTA..DELTA.Y-I.DELTA..psi.s)s/[.DELTA..psi.(bs+V)-.DELTA..DELTA.Y]+f(.DELTA..DELTA.Y) (1a).P.beta.=-Kbr[(Tbs+1)].DELTA..psi. (1b).In the equations of (1a) and (1b), M denotes a mass of the vehicle, s denotes a Laplace transform operator, a denotes a straight distance from a weight center position up to a front road wheel position in a bicycle model of the vehicle, I denotes a vehicular inertia moment, b denotes a straight distance from the weight center position up to a rear road wheel position in the bicycle model, f(.DELTA..DELTA.Y) is expressed as f(.DELTA..DELTA.Y)=C*.sub.2 .vertline..DELTA..DELTA.Y.vertline./9.8 (C.sub.2 * denotes a gradient of a straight line connecting a point at which a side force of the rear road wheel is saturated in a graph representing the side force with respect to the sideslip angle), Kbr=[1-(Ma/(hbPC.sub.2))V.sup.2 ](b/V), and Tb=IV/(hbPC.sub.2 -MaV.sup.2).

摘要: The invention is aimed at provision of a beverage extraction apparatus in which the cylinder for extraction is kept clean and, thus, the quality of the extracted beverage is maintained without periodical or frequent maintenance for cleanness. A portion of cleaning liquid overflowing from the upper chamber (mixing chamber) is drained by using a draining trough and a pipe. A valve is interposed between the upper chamber and the extraction chamber. When the valve is closed, the cleaning liquid supplied to the upper chamber in excessive amount overflows from the chamber and drained. When the valve is opened, the cleaning liquid flows from the upper chamber into the extraction chamber. Thereby, both chambers are cleaned efficiently.
