摘要: A damper valve with an adjustable effective stiffness of a shim. The damper valve includes a piston. The piston has a fluid path formed therethrough. A shim is disposed proximate the fluid path formed through the piston. A stiffness adjustment feature is coupled to the shim, and the shim is disposed between the piston and the stiffness adjustment feature. The stiffness adjustment feature is configured to adjust the effective stiffness of the shim without affecting a preload applied to the shim.

摘要: Please substitute the new Abstract submitted herewith for the original Abstract: A device for operating an active roll stabilization system of a vehicle is described, which active roll stabilization system has a roll stabilizer on at least one axle of the vehicle, which roll stabilizer is configured to adjust, by use of an electrically operated actuator, a degree of twist between lever arms of the roll stabilizer which act on different sides of the axle, in order to counteract a roll movement of the vehicle. The device is set up to determine which operating mode of a plurality of different operating modes of the roll stabilization system has been selected by a user of the vehicle. Further, the device is set up to operate the actuator as a generator, in order to recuperate electrical energy from a roll movement of the vehicle and/or from a roadway-induced movement of the vehicle, in a manner dependent on the selected operating mode.

摘要: A method is provided for semi-automatically adjusting a chassis of a vehicle. The vehicle (10) assesses a state of the road by means of a sensor system of the vehicle and transmits the state of the road to a central server. A further vehicle (10) interrogates the state of the road from the server and recommends adjustment of the chassis as a function of the interrogated state of the road. The invention also relates to a device for carrying out such a method.

The user interface includes at least one user input to permit manual adjustment of the damping characteristic of the at least one adjustable shock absorber during operation of the vehicle. Vehicle sensors are also be coupled to the controller to adjust the damping characteristic of the at least one adjustable shock absorber based vehicle conditions determined by sensor output signals.

摘要: A vehicle height adjustment apparatus includes a control device. The control device controls the opening degree of the solenoid valve to allow a movement amount of the support member to reach a movement amount target value that corresponds to the vehicle height set in advance, in accordance with the weight applied to the vehicle. The control device controls the opening degree of the solenoid valve to change the movement amount of the support member based on a difference between a value based on the information related to the vehicle height and a vehicle height-related target value, on condition that the movement amount of the support member reaches the movement amount target value and the value based on the information related to the vehicle height obtained by the information obtaining device does not reach the vehicle height-related target value that corresponds to the vehicle height set in advance.
