    摘要: A noise absorbing device is adapted to prevent radiation noise or induction noise from a cable connected to an electronic apparatus. A pair of holder segments (11 and 12) receive core pieces (20) in receiving recesses and are coupled by hinge portions (19) so as to be brought into butt contact with each other so that the pair of core pieces (20) form a cylindrical body with a cable extending therethrough. Elastic pieces (31) are interposed between the pair of core pieces (20) and the pair of holder segments (11 and 12) in order to provide an elastic force to the core pieces (20) so that the core pieces are slightly protruded from opening edges of the holder segments (11 and 12). When the pair of holder segments (11 and 12) are brought into butt contact with each other, the pair of core pieces (20) are put into press contact with each other by the elastic force of the elastic pieces (60). An assembly of the core piece (20) and the elastic piece (31) engaged therewith is press fitted into the receiving recess to avoid drop-off from each of the holder segments (11 and 12).

    摘要: A primary terpene alcohol such as citronellol can be enzymatically esterified with a higher fatty acid such as oleic acid in the presence of lipase in an atmosphere of supercritical carbon dioxide as the reaction medium at a high reaction velocity. The influence of the temperature and pressure of the atmosphere on the reaction velocity was studied. When the starting primary terpene alcohol is a racemic compound of the optical isomers having chirality as in (.+-.)-citronellol, efficient racemic resolution can be achieved by suitably selecting the temperature and pressure in the vicinity of the critical point of carbon dioxide to give the (S)-(-)-ester having an optical purity of almost 100% when the starting terpene alcohol is (.+-.)-citronellol.

    摘要: The position of an object including a retroreflector is determined by scanning first and second optical beams toward an axis on a planar surface from spaced sites on opposite sides of the axis. The scanned beams are incident on and reflected from the retroreflector along coincident first and second paths between the sites and the retroreflector. Indications are derived of first and second angles between a baseline between the sites and the first and second paths extending between the sites and the retroreflector. In response to the known distance between the sites and the derived indications of the first and second angles a two-coordinate direction indication of the retroreflector position is derived. The retroreflector refracts and reflects the scanned optical beams incident thereon and refracts the beams reflected thereby.

    摘要: A method for manufacturing an antenna device may include a first step of forming an antenna circuit so that the resonance frequency of the antenna circuit will be lower than an oscillation frequency of the reader/writer. The antenna circuit includes an antenna coil that receives the magnetic field transmitted from the reader/writer and a capacitor electrically connected to the antenna coil. The manufacturing method also includes a second step of affixing a magnetic sheet to the antenna coil via an adhesive. The magnetic sheet is at a face-to-face position with respect to the antenna coil and is configured to change the inductance of the antenna coil. The adhesive is of a film thickness to change the inductance so that the resonance frequency of the resonance circuit will be coincident with the oscillation frequency depending on the spacing between the antenna coil and the magnetic sheet.
