    摘要: Systems and methods are provided herein relating to video classification. A text mining component is disclosed that automatically generates a plurality of video event categories. Part-of-Speech (POS) analysis can be applied to video titles and descriptions, further using a lexical hierarchy to filter potential classifications. Classification performance can be further improved by extracting content-based features from a video sample. Using the content based features a set of classifier scores can be generated. A hyper classifier can use both the classifier scores and the content-based features of the video to classify the video sample.

    摘要: According to an embodiment of the present invention, on a radio resource block for Multi-BS MIMO, one of the coordinating base stations selects a mobile terminal at first, and informs the other base stations of the characterization information and the pre-coding information etc. of the selected mobile terminal, and the selection made by the other base stations will obey the selection result of the base station that selects at first. By applying the method and apparatus provided by the present invention, the joint selection of object terminals in the Multi-BS MIMO is realized, and such selection is distributed without any central scheduling device which is necessary in the central scheduling scheme. In addition, only very limited information exchange among the coordinating base stations is required to realize the present invention.     摘要: The present invention provides a method and an apparatus of controlling co-channel interference in a base station of a wireless communication system based on collaborative MIMO and the corresponding method and apparatus of assisting a serving base station to control co-channel interference in a mobile station of a wireless communication system based on collaborative MIMO. Since the feedback mechanism based on the codebook is employed in the collaborative MIMO system in the present invention to enable the BS to obtain the precoding information, the present invention can be used to the both TDD mode and FDD mode. Moreover, since the precoding vectors selected by the different mobile stations for a same BS are always orthogonal, multi-user co-channel interference can be reduced.

According to the present invention, it is possible to take good advantage of the characteristics of closely-spaced ULA antennas and spatial correlation thereof, design a corresponding codebook for quantization and feedback, and reduce feedback overhead and computational complexity so as to improve the system performance of a spatial correlation aided system, such as a MIMO system.

    摘要: A method is provided for reducing degradation in a fuel cell assembly, including at least one fuel cell with a PBI membrane, during standby, operation. The method may include electrochemically consuming an oxidant from a cathode coupled to the PBI membrane in response to a disconnection of an external load and supplying fuel to remove or electrochemically consume any back-diffused oxidant to the associated fuel cell sufficient to replace or consume the back-diffused oxidant while the external load is removed, and/or also may include controlling a standby temperature of the fuel cell. In this way, it may be possible to avoid increased cell voltage decay associated with degradation of the PBI in a simple and cost effective system.

    摘要: The present invention provides a novel codebook-based multi-base station unite pre-coding scheme. In this invention, multiple cooperating base stations commonly transmit signals to a mobile terminal. The mobile terminal estimates a channel matrix of a unite MIMO channel from the multiple cooperating base stations, and selects the optimal pre-coding matrix index from the pre-coding matrix codebook based on the unite MIMO channel matrix and feeds it back to the multiple cooperating base stations. Each cooperating base station selects the optimal pre-coding matrix based on the received pre-coding matrix index and uses the corresponding portion of the pre-coding matrix to perform unite pre-coding on the data. Namely, the respective partial pre-coding matrixes as employed by all cooperating base stations together form the pre-coding matrix that is optimal to the mobile terminal, and the pre-coding matrix as used by respective cooperating base stations is a part of the optimal pre-coding matrix. By using the codebook-based multi-base station unite pre-coding scheme according to the present invention, the user performance is improved, the complexity of implementation is low, and the demand on network connecting the base stations is very low.

    摘要: A method for controlling an amount of a liquid electrolyte in a polymer-electrolyte membrane of a fuel cell is provided. The method comprises enriching one or more of a fuel flow and an air flow with a vapor of the liquid electrolyte, the liquid electrolyte being unreplenishable via an electrochemical reaction of the fuel cell. The method further comprises delivering the vapor of the liquid electrolyte to the fuel cell including the polymer-electrolyte membrane via one or more of the gas-permeable anode and or the gas-permeable cathode. In this manner, loss of liquid electrolyte from the PEM membrane of the fuel cell can be reduced, leading to improved fuel-cell endurance.
