摘要: A soft ocular lens material is formed of a copolymer consisting essentially of:(A) from 5 to 70 parts by weight of a fluorine containing (meth)acrylate;(B) from 5 to 60 parts by weight of an alkyl (meth)acrylate;(C) from 3 to 45 parts by weight of a polysiloxane macromonomer having pllymerizable groups at both terminals; and(D) from 3 to 40 parts by weight of a polysiloxane macromonomer having polymerizable groups bonded via one or two urethane bonds to the siloxane main chain.

摘要: Method for controlling an automatic pipe welder is disclosed. In the automatic welder which requires remote control, welding conditions for butt welding pipes are stored and an actual joint geometry or groove shape is sensed. From signals relating to the stored welding conditions and the sensed groove shape, a control command signal in actual welding is produced to effect welding under an optimum condition. On the other hand, an arc condition at an actual welding point and a melting condition of a metal are monitored and displayed to modify the welding conditions in accordance with the monitored condition to control the automatic pipe welder.

In this electromobile, a build-up characteristic of an electric motor current immediately after gear-change is improved, thereby minimizing delay in power transmission so as to shorten a gear-changing duration, in an attempt to improve an operational feeding of a driver at the time of gear change.

摘要: A boiling water nuclear power plant supplies steam from a reactor to high-pressure and low-pressure turbines. Feed water generated by condensing steam in a condenser is heated by low-pressure and high-pressure feed water heaters and supplied to the reactor. The steam discharged from the low-pressure turbine is compressed by a steam compressor and supplied to one of the low-pressure feed water heaters to heat feed water. The steam extracted from the low-pressure turbine is supplied to the low-pressure feed water heater. When power required for the steam compressor is Q1, heat energy supplied from the steam compressor is Q3, a coefficient of performance of the steam compressor is COP (=Q3/Q1), and a thermal efficiency of the boiling water nuclear power plant is η, the steam compression apparatus is connected to a position in a main steam system and to the feed water heater so as to satisfy COP−1/η>0.

摘要: A centrifugal compressor is equipped with an impeller having a blade angle distribution that makes it possible to achieve a relatively wide operating range. The blade angle of a shroud side facing a circular plate of a blade is termed a first angle and a blade angle of a hub side disposed at the circular plate is a second. The shroud side is formed in a curved shape having an angle distribution from a front area in a shaft direction toward a centrifugal direction in which the first angle is the local maximum point before a substantially middle portion and the local minimum point after the substantially middle point. The hub side is formed in a curved shape having an angle distribution from the front area in the shaft direction toward the centrifugal direction in which the second angle is the maximum local point before the substantially middle portion.

摘要: In a heat pump system including a water purifier and an evaporator for evaporating feed-water to produce steam, water used for spray cooling is effectively used and productivity of purified water used for the spray cooling is increased.Discharged water from the water purifier is supplied to the evaporator when water used for spray cooling is produced by use of the water purifier. Otherwise, drain of the evaporator having higher temperature is supplied to the water purifier by using such a fact that in a reverse osmosis membrane type water purifier, the higher the temperature of feed-water is, the higher the purified water productivity becomes.
