摘要： An objective is to provide a multilayer filter capable of preventing an electric current rapidly flowing by virtue of varistor effect, from passing as noise, upon application of noise of a high voltage over a varistor voltage to its input. A multilayer filter has an inductor part 10 and a varistor part 20 in a laminate 2, and the inductor part 10 has the DC resistance of 4 Ω-100 Ω. This prevents an electric current rapidly flowing by virtue of the varistor effect, from passing as noise, upon application of noise of a high voltage over the varistor voltage to the input.

摘要： Provided are a process for producing an acid addition salt of a 3-[4-(8-fluoro-5,11-dihydrobenz[b]oxepino[4,3-b]pyridin-11-ylidene)piperidino]propionic acid alkyl ester by reacting a 3-[4-(8-fluoro-5,11-dihydrobenz[b]oxepino[4,3-b]pyridin-11-ylidene)piperidino]propionic acid alkyl ester with an acid, and a process for producing 3-[4-(8-fluoro-5,11-dihydrobenz[b]oxepino[4,3-b]pyridin-11-ylidene)piperidino]propionic acid using the acid addition salt as an intermediate. By using as an intermediate an acid addition salt of a 3-[4-(8-fluoro-5,11-dihydrobenz[b]oxepino[4,3-b]pyridin-11-ylidene)piperidino]propionic acid alkyl ester to produce 3-[4-(8-fluoro-5,11-dihydrobenz[b]oxepino[4,3-b]pyridin-11-ylidene)piperidino]propionic acid, the metals used in the synthetic reaction steps and the organic compounds mainly by-produced during production are readily separated from a reaction liquid by a simple procedure, and the by-products are sufficiently removed without using a purification step by chromatography, thereby enabling mass production and enhancing production efficiency.

摘要： In a trench super junction semiconductor element having a parallel p-n junction layer 14 with n-drift regions 12 and p-partition regions 13, both extending in a depth direction, being alternately joined, a part 20 in a shape of a three-dimensional curved surface in the end portion of each of trenches is formed in a p-partition region 13. A section in the p-partition region 13 surrounding the part 20 in a shape of a three-dimensional curved surface of the end portion of each of the trenches is made as a p+-region 21 in which an impurity concentration is higher than that in a section thereunder so that an electric field is increased at a boundary between the p+-region 21 and the n-drift region 12, thereby lessening electric field concentration to the part 20 in a shape of a three-dimensional curved surface of the end portion of the trench. Moreover, the section in the p-partition region 13 surrounding the part 20 in a shape of a three-dimensional curved surface in the end portion of the trench can be formed wider than the section thereunder. This inhibits lowering in a breakdown voltage and, along with this, increases reliability of a gate insulator film.
