摘要： A wireless communication system is disclosed that transmits a feedback signal containing a channel estimate value between a first wireless communication device and a second wireless communication device. The first wireless communication device that transmits the feedback signals includes: a channel estimation unit that receives signals containing pilot signals, and determines the channel estimate value of a wireless link; a multiplier that multiplies a pilot signal by the channel estimate value; and a multiplexer that multiplexes an output signal from the multiplier with another pilot signal, to generate the feedback signal. The second wireless communication device that receives the feedback signal includes: a separator that separates the signals that are multiplexed in the feedback signal; and channel estimation units that determine the channel estimate value of the wireless link, based on the separated signals.

摘要： A channel capacity is increased by using MIMO (multiple input multiple output) radio relaying system. A transmission is made from a transmitter 10 using a first antenna 111 and a second antenna 112 having polarization characteristics which are orthogonalized to each other. A reception is made in a repeater 201 using reception antennas 211 and 212 each having the same polarization characteristic as the first and the second antenna 111 and 112, respectively. Each signal received by the first and the second reception antenna 211 and 212, respectively, is passed through loop interference suppressors 271 and 272, respectively, and through amplifiers 241 and 242, respectively, to be transmitted from the first and the second transmission antenna 211 and 212 having the same polarization characteristics as the second and the first antenna 112 and 111, respectively. A reception is made in a receiver 30 by antennas 312 and 314 having the same polarization characteristic as the first antenna 111, and the reception is also made by antennas 311 and 313 having the same polarization characteristic as the second antenna 112. These received signals are subject to a signal separation processing in MIMO equalizer 32.

Each terminal identifier includes a to-be-authenticated section common to the terminal identifiers and used to authenticate a user. The processor associates the terminal identifiers with one another as respective terminal identifiers for a communication source and a communication destination that can perform communication with the communication source. Upon receiving from a first terminal as a communication source a first terminal identifier for identifying the first terminal and a second terminal identifier for identifying a second terminal as a communication destination, the processor transmits a request to the second terminal to start communication with the first terminal for a case where the first and second terminal identifiers are associated with one another. Otherwise the processor does not transmit a request to the second terminal to start communication with the first terminal.
