When another piece 6b has stopped at the element to which the ownership has been set, a sub-game is executed so that a player who owns the castle 10 (element 3), another player who uses a piece 6b, and a third player who uses a piece 6c that is positioned within a given range from the castle 10 participate in the sub-game. When the player who owns the castle 10 has won the sub-game, the player can collect the cost of staying from the player who uses the piece 6b. When the player who uses the piece 6b has won the sub-game, the player who uses the piece 6b can acquire the ownership of the castle 10.

摘要： A laser source assembly comprises a laser diode for generating a laser beam and a focusing lens for focusing the light beam. A spacer is provided for keeping the diode and the lens at a predetermined distance, and is made of a material of low expansion coefficient. Preferably, the subassembly constituted of the diode, the spacer and the lens is housed in a case made of another material that may have a higher expansion coefficient. A resilient element is provided to continuously keep the diode and the lens abutting on the opposite ends of the spacer.

摘要： A bar code scanner is disclosed which may include an LED. The LED includes a light source that emits light. The bar code scanner may also include a lens set. The lens set includes a back side and a front side. The front side includes a plurality of spherical lobes. When light from the light source is incident on the back side of the lens set, each of the spherical lobes preferably focuses the light into a light beam, which is then generated from each of the lobes. In certain embodiments of the invention, the LED can be mounted on the back side of a circuit board in such a fashion as to protrude through the aperture in the circuit board and then to shine light on the lens set.

摘要： A shadow mask has a main mask and an auxiliary mask overlapped on the main mask. Electron beam passage apertures formed in the main mask and the auxiliary mask are arranged at given pitches in the direction of a major axis. Each electron beam passage aperture of the auxiliary mask is a communicating hole, which is formed of a smaller hole in that surface of the auxiliary mask which is in contact with the main mask and a larger hole opening in the opposite surface of the auxiliary mask. The smaller and larger holes of each electron beam passage aperture of the auxiliary mask have their respective central axes extending coaxially with each other and substantially at right angles to the surface of the auxiliary mask in the direction of the major axis.

摘要： An electron gun assembly of a color cathode ray tube emits at least one electron beam having an oblong cross-sectional shape extending substantially in the horizontal direction, and emits three electron beams in a substantially non-convergent state toward the central portion of a phosphor screen. A deflection device comprises an auxiliary magnetic field generator for generating a quadrupole magnetic field component which focuses the electron beam with an oblong cross section more heavily in the horizontal direction than in the vertical direction. The auxiliary magnetic field generator is located in a given region in a tube-axis direction in which the horizontally deflecting coil is located.

摘要： An electron gun for emitting an electron beam to a phosphor screen and for scanning one of two scanning regions defined in the phosphor screen is arranged in two necks of a vacuum envelope. A mask body of a shadow mask has two effective areas, in which numerous electron beam passage apertures are bored, defined in association with the scanning regions, and has a boundary portion defined between the effective areas and opposed to the boundary between the scanning regions of the phosphor screen. An adjustment member used to adjust a q value at a plurality of points on the boundary portion is fixed to the inner surface of the boundary portion. After the q value is adjusted, the adjustment member is fixed to the mask frame.

A phosphor screen is formed on an inner surface of the face plate, and fixing members are fixed to an inner surface of the rear plate. A shadow mask arranged in the envelope is supported by mask support members to face the phosphor screen at a predetermined distance. Plate support members are arranged in the envelope to support a load of atmospheric pressure acting on the face plate and the rear plate. The mask support members and the plate support members are fixed to the fixing members while being in close contact with the inner surface of the rear plate.
