    Abstract: Disclosed are various embodiments of identifying a reusable email template for use in an email client based on a file attachment, an email recipient, and/or other factors, such as date and time. Various embodiments can identify an unsent email, the unsent email comprising at least a body and an attachment file, analyze the attachment file to determine one or more attachment categories, select an email template from a plurality of email templates based at least on the one or more attachment categories, and populate the body of the unsent email with the selected email template.

    Abstract: Disclosed are various approaches for peer-to-peer device security detection. In some examples, a first client device transmits verification data to a second client device. The verification data includes a public key verification certificate of the client device, and a time-based session token generated by the first client device. The first client device receives a preliminary cross-comparison package from the second client device. The preliminary package includes a spoof-check token, and peer device context data of the second client device. The first client device generates a cross-comparison package using the preliminary cross-comparison package and local device context data of the first client device, and transmits the cross-comparison package to a management service for cross-comparison.

    Abstract: Systems and methods are described for increasing web browser security on a user device managed by a device management system. In an example, the user device can use an unmanaged web browser to access secure enterprise content using a browser extension provided by the enterprise. When a user attempts to access secure content from an unmanaged browser, the device management system can communicate with the extension and a management application on the user device to authenticate the user and verify that the user device complies with certain policies. In one example, the device management system can include an extension recommendation engine that analyzes user browsing data and recommends browser extensions for the user. Based on policies, the device management system can recommend the extension to the user or force installation of the extension on the user device.

    Abstract: Examples described herein include systems and methods for providing a workflow on a user device. A user device can receive image data from a camera of the user device. The device can perform object recognition to recognize an object from the image data, as well as classification of the object. The user device can match the object classification with a backend system. The example method can also include launching a workflow form associated with the matching backend system. The user device can launch a form having these fields available, either within the workflow application or within a dedicated application associated with the relevant backend system. The user device can pre-fill one or more information fields in the workflow form based on the object classification, providing the user with a head start on submitting the form to the appropriate system.
