A touch reference unit is for providing a reference voltage. A second signal readout unit is turned on or off according to a second operation timing sequence and accordingly outputs the reference voltage. The touch sensing unit is electrically coupled to the first and second signal readout units and uses a voltage difference between the first signal and the reference voltage as a basis to determine that whether the optical touch circuit is touched or not.

The pixel transistors respectively are electrically coupled to the comb-shaped electrodes. The back light module includes a planar light source, a reflective polarized light enhancement film, a first prism film and a λ/4 phase retardation film. The planar light source is disposed below the LCD panel, while the reflective polarized light enhancement film is disposed between the LCD panel and the planar light source. The first prism film is disposed between the reflective polarized light enhancement film and the planar light source. Besides, the λ/4 phase retardation film is disposed between the reflective polarized light enhancement film and the first prism film. The back light module has a relatively high light utilization rate, and the LCD has favorable display luminance.

An optical film is disposed above the reflector base, the phosphor layer and the blue LEDs for allowing P-polarized light of the first light beam to pass therethrough and reflecting S-polarized light of the first light beam to the phosphor layer so as to excite the phosphor layer to generate a second light beam of which the wavelengths are different from those of the first light beam. After being reflected to the optical film by the reflector base, the second light beam transmits through the optical film, and mixes with the first light beam to generate white light.

The liquid crystal display panel is disposed above the backlight module, and has a plurality of substrates and one liquid crystal layer located between them. One of substrates has a red filter layer, a green filter layer, and a blue filter layer, and the coordinate values of the red filter layer, the green filter layer, and the blue filter layer in CIE 1931 chromaticity diagram satisfy predetermined relation expressions.
