摘要: A first magnetic core has a first portion that determines the track width, a second portion extending from the first portion substantially vertically, a third portion that extends from the second portion substantially vertically and is longer than the first track width, and a fourth portion extending from the third portion substantially vertically. The first to fourth portions form a substantially rectangular ring-like shape with its portion between the first and second portions being notched. A second magnetic core has a fifth portion longer than the first track width, a sixth portion extending from the fifth portion substantially vertically, and a seventh portion extending from the sixth portion substantially vertically. The fifth to seventh portions form substantially the shape of letter C. The first and second magnetic cores are joined to each other so that the first and fifth portions are joined through a gap spacer, the outer circumferential surfaces of the first and fifth portions form a surface to be brought into slidable contact with a magnetic medium, and at least parts of the third and seventh portions and at least parts of the fourth and sixth portions are respectively stacked and joined to each other.

摘要: This camera includes a viewfinder and a device (4) for detecting the visual line of a photographer looking through the viewfinder, an operation member (1), (8) such as a release button which is operated by the photographer to take a photograph, a means (2) for inputting calibration information, and a means for performing photography (5), (6), (7). The calibration information input means (2) operates in response to the operation of the operation member (1), (8), and inputs and stores calibration information when the photographer fixates on a target mark (3, b) visible within the viewfinder, based upon the visual line detected at that time by the visual line detection means (4). The object intended by the photographer to be photographed is detected and photographs it, based upon the visual line detected by the visual line detection means (4) and the stored calibration information.

摘要: A magnetic head having a pair of magnetic core assemblies sandwiching a spacer assembly in a direction of track width includes a laminate consisting of a magnetic material and a nonmagnetic material in a part of the spacer assembly, and the remaining part of the spacer assembly is made of nonmagnetic materials. The spacer assembly is fabricated by forming a plurality of grooves on a surface of a magnetic material block, filling a joint material in the grooves and join the magnetic material block with a nonmagnetic material block to form a composite block, and cutting the composite block to obtain a plurality of spacer assemblies. The spacer assembly together with other elements of the magnetic head is assembled to manufacture a magnetic head.

摘要: A high magnetic head for floppy disk drives that can prevent crosstalk between magnetic cores. Two nonmagnetic material pieces are joined with two magnetic material pieces, respectively, and track grooves and a winding groove are formed on a surface of each of the two magnetic material pieces. The nonmagnetic material pieces are joined together to form a core block with those surfaces facing each other on which the grooves are formed. The core block is cut to a plurality of front core assemblies. The core assembly includes a magnetic circuit having a magnetic gap, and nonmagnetic spacer members which do not form a magnetic circuit, thereby preventing crosstalk between the magnetic cores constituting the composite type magnetic head.

摘要: In a magnetic head in which first and second core halves are disposed on the entry and leaving sides of a magnetic recording medium, respectively, one of the first and second core halves is provided with a first edge for limiting a data track width and second edges which are disposed on both sides of the first edge and are inclined by a first angle with respect to the first edge. The other core half is provided with a third edge which is opposed to the first edge and is equal in length to the first edge. The other core half is also provided with fourth edges disposed on both sides of the third edge and inclined by a second angle with respect to the third edge. The data recording is made in the magnetic field between the first and third edges. Furthermore, the recording is made on both sides of the data track by the magnetic fields between the second and fourth edges so that erasure of old data can still occur despite deviation of the positions of the new and old data tracks. On both sides, data which has an azimuth with respect to the data recorded on the data track is not reproduced and there is no adverse effect.
