摘要: A method for controlling a movement of a window pane of a motor vehicle door immediately after the lowering of the window pane, until there is compensation of the system deficiency of the displacement mechanism caused by the displacement of the window pane into the lowering direction of movement. With a short stroke lowering of the upper edge of a free-standing frameless window pane from a keyed sealing engagement on the bodywork side, a signal is generated through opening of the door and passed to an electronics evaluation unit whereupon the drive of the window lifter is activated in the lowering direction until the window pane has moved from its closed position into a predetermined partially opened position. After closing the vehicle door, as a result of the generation of a further signal, the lowered window pane is automatically closed again. During control of the drive for the purpose of automatically lowering the window pane, a first phase of the drive movement is assigned to compensate the system deficiencies of the window lifting mechanism, and a second phase of the movement is assigned to a path of the window lowering.

摘要: A device for the automatic incremental cable length compensation of a Bowden cable system having a housing side and a Bowden tube side. The device includes a cable having a pulling axis, a part on the housing side including a number of detent elements axially arranged in a direction of the pulling axis, and a part on the Bowden tube side with two spaced apart stops axially aligned in the direction of the pulling axis and displaceable relative to the part on the housing side. The cable extends through both the part on the housing side and the part on the Bowden tube side. A spring is positioned between the part on the housing side and the part on the Bowden tube side for tensioning the cable. A locking element is displaceably mounted between the two axially aligned spaced stops in the part on the Bowden tube side so that a cable length compensating detent movement can only take place after overcoming a predetermined setting distance. The locking element includes at least one detent element directed radially outward from the pulling axis and being shaped to engage any of the detent elements on the part on the housing side.

摘要: An automatic power window system (10) includes a motor module (12) and a controller (14) physically remotely located from the motor module. The motor module and the controller are coupled by a first signal link (16) and a second signal link (18). The first signal link is arranged to carry a limited number of high priority communication data at high speed, while the second signal link is arranged to carry virtually any number of low priority communication data at low speed. The high priority communication data may represent an operating condition of the motor during automatic operation. The operating condition is preferably simply and reliably indicated by the presence, absence or transition of a signal on the first signal link. The low speed communication data represents a plurality of operating data each of which are indicated by a plurality of time-multiplexed signals.

摘要: A device for the automatic, stepped cable length compensation of a Bowden cable system in which a spring-tensioned cable is guided. The spring is supported between a part on the housing side and a part on the Bowden tube side displaceable relative thereto and having several detent elements resiliently pretensioned in the direction of the sleeve face of the part on the Bowden tube side. During displacement of the part on the Bowden tube side the detent elements engage in succession in front of the end face of this part so that a resetting movement of the part on the Bowden tube side is prevented. Each detent element is allocated a pair of stops between which the detent, element is mounted for restricted axial displacement. In another embodiment, at least a pair of spaced stops correspond with an intermediate part mounted between the part on the housing side and the part on the Bowden tube side which is displaceable a restricted amount so that a cable length compensating detent process can only take place after overcoming a predetermined setting movement between the part on the housing side and the part on the Bowden tube side. The parts which can be displaced a restricted amount are detent elements which have an axial spacing relative to each other. The pair of spaced stops is a constituent part of the part on the Bowden tube side between which engages a keyed locking element of the intermediate part.

摘要: The invention relates to a device for connecting a window to a window lifter and is distinguished by a simple design, using only a few component parts. In addition, the invention guarantees a simple assembly process. It is characterized in that the gripping jaws can be loaded toward the window by a spring element. According to one preferred variant, the gripping jaws (11, 11a, 11b, 12, 12a, 12b) are connected to an essentially U-shaped spring clasp (2, 2a, 2b). Between at least one gripping jaw (12, 12a, 12b) and one end of the spring clasp (2, 2a, 2b), a tension lever (4, 4a), a tension cam (4b), or the like is disposed, which in its tensed position presses the ends of the spring clasp (2, 2a, 2b) apart and as a result, produces the gripping power.

摘要: A manually operable mechanical memory device comprises at least one slider slidably mounted within a slider rail attached to one member of a seat guide system. The slider includes at least one stop face adjacent an end of the slider. A stop element is retractably attached to a second seat guide member that is movable relative to the first seat guide member. The stop element is movable from a neutral position outside of the slider to a stop position capable of placement within the slider and engagement against the stop face. The slider includes a catch to prevent the stop element from entering the slider from the neutral position. The slider includes a striker that locks the stop element within the slider and against the stop face. The slider also includes an engagement hook disposed therein that comprises one end portion that extends through an opening through the slider positioned adjacent the stop face, and an opposite end portion that extends through another opening in the slider and through an engagement opening in the slider rail to fixedly attach the slider to the slider rail. Slidable movement of the slider vis-a-vis the slider rail is accomplished by placing the stop element within the slider and adjacent the stop face, thereby aligning the stop element with the opening, and displacing the stop element into the opening to cause the end portion of the extension hook to disengage the engagement opening.

摘要: An installation for adjusting a safety belt hinge point in a vehicle with a slide member determining the hinge point and displaceable along a rail and with a detent mechanism selectively fixing the slide member at the rail 30 in at least two detent positions; the detent mechanism includes a detent element which engages in detent apertures of the rail and is prestressed by a spring into the detent position; the detent element and the actuating handle for the actuation of the detent element which is coupled with the detent element, are displaceable in different directions and are coupled with each other by a guide element 52 providing a step-down translation. An increased prestress force on the detent element with an actuating force for the handle that remains the same, is achieved thereby together with a mechanically simple construction.

摘要: An adjusting device for longitudinal adjustment of a vehicle seat comprising a first rail and a second rail movably guided in a longitudinal direction relative to the first rail includes a guide piece mounted to a side-wall of the first rail, comprising a main body, a plurality of connecting devices for connecting to the first rail, and a positioning device locked in a positioning recess, for positioning the guide piece with respect to the first rail in the longitudinal direction. The connecting devices are formed as hook-like members that are inserted through the locking recesses and grip behind the side-wall to fix guide piece to the first rail. The guide piece comprises a flexible portion connected to the positioning device and the main body, which is configured to bend in a transverse direction when mounting the guide piece to the first rail and to be locked in the positioning recess.
