摘要: A microfluidic chip device based on a magnetic field-controlled fluorescently labeled cell sorting method and a use method are disclosed. The microfluidic chip comprises a sample channel, two sheath fluid channels, a first fluorescence detection area, a second fluorescence detection area, a magnetic field control system, a magnetic field-controlled cell sorting area, a target cell channel, and a waste fluid channel. Based on fluorescence signals labeled on the cells, the FACS system is combined with a magnetic field-controlled sorting system to achieve automated cell sorting, which not only miniaturizes and automates the sorting detection integration, but also has the advantages of easy and economical operation. The device sorts both a large number of cell samples and a small number of cell samples, thus overcoming the defects of a flow cytometer.

摘要: A silk fibroin nerve graft fused with NT3 and a preparation method therefor is provided. The method includes the steps of: synthesizing a gene fragment containing a silk fibroin light chain and NT-3, connecting the fragment to a pET-30 expression vector, and transferring the obtained recombinant expression vector into BL21 Escherichia coli to obtain a fusion protein; placing a silk fibroin fiber web in a mold, mixing the fusion protein and a silk fibroin solution, and performing freeze drying to enable the silk fibroin to be crosslinked with the fusion protein to form a nerve conduit; and after deformation processing, finally obtaining a silk fibroin nerve graft having NT-3 activity. The silk fibroin nerve graft can provide a mechanical support, exert nerve protection and nerve regeneration promotion functions in a long term, and adjust the proportion of NT-3 bioactive peptides in the nerve conduit, facilitating repair of nerve injuries.

摘要: Disclosed is a quaternion multi-degree-of-freedom neuron-based multispectral welding image recognition method, comprising: using three cameras having different wavebands to obtain multispectral weld pool images, and respectively performing pre-processing and edge extraction on the weld pool images having the different wavebands obtained at a same moment by the three cameras; establishing a quaternion-based multispectral weld pool image edge model; extracting low-frequency features after a quaternion discrete cosine transform; using a quaternion-based multi-degree-of-freedom neuron network to perform classification, training and recognition on edge features of the multispectral weld pool images. Compared to traditional means, the present invention has multiple recognition information sources, strong anti-interference capabilities and high recognition accuracy.

摘要: The present invention provides a wideband frequency tunable ring resonator, wherein, comprises a closed λg/2 transmission line and two variable capacitors with tunable capacitance, the λg/2 transmission line is axisymmetric around a central line, first ends of the two variable capacitors are respectively connected to two intersection points of the λg/2 transmission line and the central line, the second ends of the two variable capacitors are respectively grounded. By implementing the technical solution of present invention, following technical effects are obtained. The fundamental resonant frequency (ffund) can be shifted up and down by controlling the respective values of the two loading capacitors, resulting in a bi-directional tuning of ffund. As a result, the tuning range of this invention can be approximately doubled as compared with the conventional tunable ring resonator.

摘要: A microwave frequency tunable filtering balun is provided. The microwave frequency tunable filtering balun comprises a first microwave split ring transmission line resonator and a second microwave split ring transmission line resonator arranged in a bilaterally symmetrical manner, a fourth variable capacitor and a fifth variable capacitor of same parameters. It combines two functions of balun and tunable bandpass filter (BPF) into one circuit, resulting in a compact design. The balun characteristic and frequency-tuning mechanism are investigated, and the design equations are derived.

摘要: Methods and equipment used to regenerate sensory, motorial, or visceral signals of injured, broken or diseased nerves of mammalia, such as humans, are provided. In some embodiments, a lineup of downward and upward channels to bridge injured neural channels is disclosed. The downward or upward channels can be connected to electrodes which are in contact with upper or lower nerve stumps. The channels can be used to detect, amplify, and recognize the motorial or sensory signals, to generate related Functional Electrical Stimulation (FES) signals, and to supply the FES signals to the electrodes on the lower or upper nerve stumps. Neural signals can thus be regenerated and the injured motorial or sensory channels can be bridged.

摘要: The present disclosure is a three-way U-Net method for accurately segmenting an uncertain boundary of a retinal blood vessel, includes: describing an uncertainty of a blood vessel boundary label, constructing an upper bound and a lower bound of the uncertain boundary based on the dilation operator and the erosion operator respectively to obtain a maximum value and a minimum value for the blood vessel boundary, and mapping the boundary with uncertain information into one range; combining an uncertainty representation of the boundary with a loss function, and designing a three-way loss function; training network parameters by adopting a stochastic gradient descent algorithm and utilizing a total loss of the three-way loss function; and designing and implements an auxiliary diagnosis application system for intelligently segmenting the retinal blood vessel with functions of the fundus data acquisition, the intelligent accurate segmentation and the auxiliary diagnosis for the retinal blood vessel.
