The device also has an opposing suction member arrangement, which comprises at least one opposing suction member. The suction members and the at least one opposing suction member cooperate in a box-opening area in such a way that they at least partially open the folding box. At least in the box-opening area, the at least one opposing suction member is arranged radially inside the suction members with respect to the stationary first rotational axis.

摘要： An automated method and system for transitioning a bottle from a horizontal belt conveyor to the entrance of an air conveyor, and vice versa, from an air conveyor to a horizontal belt conveyor. An indexer in a circular arrangement moves around 180 degrees clockwise until the bottle drops into the air conveyor (e.g., pneumatic tube). This motion controls the bottle's movement; otherwise, the bottle would free-fall off the conveyor. The indexer rotary device provides control of the vial transition, keeping it vertical so it goes into the tube in a controlled manner.

摘要： Apparatus and methods for emptying a load carrier loaded with articles, in particular in the form of packages, which has a lateral outlet opening for removal of the articles. The apparatus includes a mount for the load carrier, a conveyor for carrying the articles away, and a conveyor ramp arranged upstream of the conveyor. The conveyor ramp and lateral outlet opening of the load carrier can be brought into contact with each other. The mount and conveyor ramp are pivotable into a position which is inclined with respect to the horizontal and in which the conveyor ramp is in contact with the lateral outlet opening of the load carrier. The mount and conveyor ramp are moveable relative to each other in the inclined position in such a way that the mount and the conveyor are moved toward each other.

摘要： For use in loading heavy sticks of plastic pipe into a pipe fusion machine, a pipe storage rack with hydraulically powered pipe stick dispensers and stands allows sticks of pipe stored on the rack to roll gravitationally onto a rocking V-shaped dispenser cam disposed between the rack and the fusion machine loading path for one-stick-at-a-time loading onto powered track and roller stands which enable Cartesian manipulation of the stick into the fusion machine. The cam is adjustable to suit pipe stick diameters ranging from 20″ to 48″. Many sticks can be stored at one time, releasing heavy lifting equipment and operators to work elsewhere. The process requires only one operator using a pendant controller and the pipe sticks are handled by heavy equipment only when being loaded onto the racks.
