Abstract:
A driving mechanism is arranged such that at least a part is contained within a space corresponding to the external shape of a driving motor, that is, within a space corresponding to a distance in the radial direction of the driving motor. The driving mechanism comprises a pinion, a transmission gear, a ring gear that forms a fixed axis, and a carrier. The pinion is connected to a rotary shaft of the driving motor. The transmission gear has a disk gear portion that meshes with the pinion, and a sun gear portion that is located on the same side as the pinion with respect to the disk gear portion. The carrier has a planet gear and rotates with a drum.
Abstract:
The present invention provides an electric door-locking apparatus, and an electric door comprising same. The electric door-locking apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a locking switch arranged at a door frame to check the locked status of an electric door body when the electric door body is closed; a screw rotatable in the forward and backward directions; a locking roller guide arranged at the door frame in the vicinity of the screw; and a sliding unit, one end of which is rotatably connected to the screw and the other end of which is connected to the electric door body. The electric door-locking apparatus according to the present invention has a structure which enables simple and easy operation, improves the reliability of the locking function, reduces the risk of failure and erroneous operation, and enables easy manufacture and maintenance to reduce manufacturing costs and maintenance costs as compared to conventional apparatuses.
Abstract:
A lock device includes a cam portion including a stationary-side cam; a rotor including a movable-side cam; a slide groove; a slide projection; an engagement projection; and a lock groove, in which the movable-side cam is disengaged from the stationary-side cam, so that the rotor rotates so as to allow the engagement projection that has been fitted in the lock portion to disengage from the lock portion. The urging device includes a spring, and a sleeve inserted to pass through a lower-side rod portion, positioned between the rotor and the spring, and also restricting a movement of the rod in a sliding direction in a lock position of the lock device (for example, a lock groove and an engagement projection, and the like).
Abstract:
In a first aspect, the invention is directed to a window regulator for a vehicle window on a sliding vehicle door. The window regulator includes a ratchet that is positionable in a first position and a second position and a pawl that is positionable in a ratchet release position and a ratchet locking position. The position of the ratchet determines the position of a door interlock member for controlling whether the vehicle door is fully openable or not. The window regulator includes a mechanism for separating the ratchet and pawl from each other prior to movement of at least one of the ratchet and pawl from one of its associated positions to the other of its associated positions. The mechanism preferably separates the ratchet and pawl from each other prior to movement of each of the ratchet and pawl from one of its associated positions to the other of its associated positions.
Abstract:
An apparatus for controlling an opening/closing body for automatically opening/closing the opening/closing body. The apparatus includes a displacement body movable and displaced between movable regions including a closing region, a releasing region and a neutral region, a neutral detecting first switch configured to output a first detection signal in response to passage of the displacement body through a first boundary portion of the neutral region, a neutral detecting second switch configured to output a second detection signal in response to passage of the displacement body through a second boundary portion of the neutral region, and a control unit for effecting braking control for reducing the moving speed of the opening/closing body if neither the first detection signal nor the second detection signal are detected within a predetermined period after starting of a neutral returning movement which is effected after a latch closing movement of the opening/closing body.
Abstract:
An opening device including an elongate ejector ram mounted in a longitudinally displaceable manner in a housing and pretensioned at one end by a spring into a position in which it protrudes out of the housing and pushable back into the housing counter to the pretensioning. A releasable locking device locks the ejector ram in a position retracted in the housing. A tensioning device is provided forcibly displaces the ejector ram. When the movable furniture part is completely opened, a tensioning device forcibly displaces the ejector ram into the locking position retracted within the housing. The tensioning device converts the opening movement of the movable furniture part in the interior of the housing via a tensioning member having one end guided out of the housing into a movement pulling the ejector ram back into the retracted position.
Abstract:
A door opening and closing device has a rotational mechanism configured to switch a door between a closed position and an open position relative to a base member. The door opening and closing device includes a latch mechanism for latching the door in the closed position on the base member. The latch mechanism includes a latch device attached to the base member, a case disposed above the latch device, a slider slidably situated in the case above the latch device, and a latching member pivotally supported by the case and including a base end slidably connected with the slider and a tip configured to engage a portion of the door. When the door is moved to the closed position, the slider is moved by the door and is engaged with the latch device while the latching member is pivoted to engage the door.
Abstract:
A holding element for adjusting a lid (4) of a piece of furniture between a closed position and an open position has a first fitting part (1) that is connectable to the body (2) of a piece of furniture. A second fitting part (3) is connectable to the lid (4). A first support arm (5) is pivotably fastened around a first body axis (7) to the first fitting part (1) and is pivotably fastened around a first lid axis (8) to the second fitting part (3). A second support arm (6) is pivotably fastened around a second body axis (9) to the first fitting part (1) and is pivotably fastened around a second lid axis (10) to the second fitting part (3). A lever (19) is pivotably fastened around a pivot axis (20) to the first fitting part (1). An adjustment arm (26) is pivotably connected to the lever (19) at a distance from the pivot axis (20). The adjustment arm (26) is pivotably fastened around a third lid axis (28) to the second fitting part (3). A drive force (12) urges the lever (19), with a force, to a first pivot direction. In the open position of the lid (4), the first support arm (5) and the second support arm (6) intersect each other.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a furniture flap drive comprising an electric drive having an electric motor and a mechanical actuating unit having an actuating arm, the mechanical actuating unit and the electric drive being separate components and being releasably fastenable to each other. The actuating unit has a bearing in which the electric drive can be suspended, the suspended electric drive being swivelable about the bearing towards the actuating unit. A locking device is mounted at a distance to the bearing and can be used to lock the electric drive, in a preferably releasable manner, with the actuating unit once the latter has been swiveled open.
