The apparatus includes a displacement body movable and displaced between movable regions including a closing region, a releasing region and a neutral region, a neutral detecting first switch configured to output a first detection signal in response to passage of the displacement body through a first boundary portion of the neutral region, a neutral detecting second switch configured to output a second detection signal in response to passage of the displacement body through a second boundary portion of the neutral region, and a control unit which, when effecting a neutral returning movement for returning the displacement body from the closing region to the neutral region, stores switchover information indicative of switchover of the first detection signal detected in the course of the latch closing movement and to effect the neutral returning movement in accordance with the switchover information.

摘要： A door opening/closing device for use in a vehicle is provided with a driving member. The driving member has a permanent-magnet motor provided with two terminals and an output member, which is rotationally driven by the permanent-magnet motor. The driving member is mounted on either a vehicle body or a vehicle door and is coupled to the other via the output member. As the output member rotates, the vehicle door opens or closes. The door opening/closing device is also provided with a switching device configured to switch the permanent-magnet motor between an energizable state, in which the permanent-magnet motor can receive electricity through the two terminals, and a brake state, in which the terminals are short-circuited. The switching device switches the permanent-magnet motor into the brake state when the vehicle door is in any position other than the fully closed position.

The control unit controls a moving position of the displacement body based on the first detection signal and the second detection signal.

摘要： A door opening/closing device for use in a vehicle is provided with a driving member. The driving member has a permanent-magnet motor provided with two terminals and an output member, which is rotationally driven by the permanent-magnet motor. The controlling apparatus opens the door when the recognizing apparatus recognizes the mobile apparatus within the predetermined area and in a situation where the commanding apparatus has commanded to open the door. The controlling apparatus closes the door when the recognizing apparatus recognizes that the mobile apparatus is out of the predetermined area and in a situation where the commanding apparatus has commanded to close the door.
