    摘要: Provided are a heat exchanger apparatus and a heat source unit that are for use in a chiller unit. The heat exchanger apparatus comprises at least one heat exchanger module (100). The heat exchanger module (100) comprises two heat exchanger units (10 and 20) that are oppositely fitted with each other. At least one between the two heat exchanger units (10 and 20) is bent so that an angle between adjacent two edges (c and d) on at least one extremity of the two heat exchanger units (10 and 20) is less than an angle between main parts (12 and 22) of the two heat ex-changer units (10 and 20), thus increasing the area for heat exchange.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a micro-channel heat exchanger comprising manifolds, a plurality of micro-channel flat tubes connected to the manifolds, and a plurality of rows of fins spaced apart by the micro-channel flat tubes. The micro-channel heat exchanger is provided with at least one bend designed to avoid the deformation of the fins on two inner sides adjacent to the bend due to crushing and meanwhile maintaining the ventilation and heat exchange functionalities of the bend. For example, the bend may include at least one row of fins where the width of the fins are less than the width of the fins on two sides adjacent to the bend. Alternatively, the gap between the fins in the bend can be greater than the gap between the fins on two sides adjacent to the bend. Still alternatively, the bend can be formed with a space for separating cores of the heat exchanger.

The tubes are disposed to satisfy the following relationship: Re≧A×X6+□B×X5+C×X4+D×X3+E×X2+F×X+□G wherein θ is an inclination angle formed by a flow direction of the refrigerant flowing through the tubes and the horizontal direction; X is a dryness of the refrigerant in a predetermined position; and Re is a Reynolds number of the refrigerant in the predetermined position determined from an average flow velocity of the refrigerant flowing through the tube. The A to G are expressed by a function of θ, which suppresses the non-uniform loss in pressure of the refrigerant in the respective tubes to reduce the difference in temperature of blown air in the refrigerant radiator.

    摘要: The present invention relates to an improved air conditioning filter and cooling/heating coil that can easily be applied to new and existing air handling systems. The slant design of these components allows a more efficient heat transfer and particle entrapment than their conventional counterparts. By residing at an angle in their air handling enclosures, and by virtue of their oblique prismatic construction, more filter media can be used and more heat transfer surface area can be incorporated without offering any substantial additional impediments to the flow of air. At angles of 45 degrees air friction of the coil and filter are reduced by 40 to 55 percent.

    摘要: A more efficient heat exchanger with walls of heat exchanger coils oriented at compound angles with respect to its associated heat exchanger fan. The bottom edge of each heat exchanger coil wall is oriented at an angle of between approximately 35 and 85 degrees to the fan, and each heat exchanger coil is tilted inward at an angle of between approximately 35 and 85 degrees relative to a plane connecting the two bottom edges of the heat exchanger coil wall. One or multiple coils can be provided in each heat exchanger coil wall and an optional top heat exchanger coil can be added to the top of the heat exchanger. The front of the heat exchanger, which is normally pointed for forced draft units, is replaced with a triangular shaped plate and a modified trapezoidal shaped base for induced draft units.
