    摘要: A tandem cell is provided in the present disclosure, which relates to the technical field of photovoltaics, so as to form a functional layer with high film ordering on a bottom cell, thereby improving photoelectric conversion efficiency of the tandem cell. The tandem cell includes: a bottom cell with a textured surface; a hole transport layer formed on the textured surface of the bottom cell; a second ordered induction layer and a perovskite absorption layer formed on the hole transport layer, the second ordered induction layer being located between the hole transport layer and the perovskite absorption layer; and a transparent conductive layer formed on the perovskite absorption layer. An inducing material contained in the second ordered induction layer is organic ammonium salt or inorganic lead compound. The tandem cell according to the present disclosure is a tandem cell with a perovskite solar cell as a top cell.

    摘要: There is provided a light-harvesting heterostructure for a photovoltaic device. The photovoltaic device includes at least an electron-transport layer and a hole-transport layer. The light-harvesting heterostructure includes a 3D perovskite material contacting one of the electron-transport layer and the hole-transport layer. The light-harvesting heterostructure also includes a 2D perovskite capping material extending over at least a portion of the 3D perovskite material and contacting another one of the electron-transport layer and the hole-transport layer. The 2D perovskite capping material includes one or more perovskite layers, each perovskite layer having a corresponding width n, wherein a majority of the corresponding width n is greater or equal to 3. The 2D perovskite capping material also includes a spacer extending between two subsequent perovskite layers.

    摘要: A photoelectric conversion material of the present disclosure includes a crystalline phase including A, B, X, and I. The A is a monovalent cation and includes a monovalent inorganic cation. The B is a divalent cation and includes Sn. The X is at least one selected from the group consisting of F, Cl, and Br. A molar ratio of a sum of the X and I to the B is 2.80 or more and 3.25 or less, and a molar ratio of the B to the A is more than 1.00 and 1.50 or less. A photoelectric conversion element of the present disclosure includes: a first electrode; a photoelectric conversion layer; and a second electrode, and the photoelectric conversion layer includes the photoelectric conversion material of the present disclosure.
