摘要: A tandem cell is provided in the present disclosure, which relates to the technical field of photovoltaics, so as to form a functional layer with high film ordering on a bottom cell, thereby improving photoelectric conversion efficiency of the tandem cell. The tandem cell includes: a bottom cell with a textured surface; a hole transport layer formed on the textured surface of the bottom cell; a second ordered induction layer and a perovskite absorption layer formed on the hole transport layer, the second ordered induction layer being located between the hole transport layer and the perovskite absorption layer; and a transparent conductive layer formed on the perovskite absorption layer. An inducing material contained in the second ordered induction layer is organic ammonium salt or inorganic lead compound. The tandem cell according to the present disclosure is a tandem cell with a perovskite solar cell as a top cell.

摘要: There is provided a light-harvesting heterostructure for a photovoltaic device. The photovoltaic device includes at least an electron-transport layer and a hole-transport layer. The light-harvesting heterostructure includes a 3D perovskite material contacting one of the electron-transport layer and the hole-transport layer. The light-harvesting heterostructure also includes a 2D perovskite capping material extending over at least a portion of the 3D perovskite material and contacting another one of the electron-transport layer and the hole-transport layer. The 2D perovskite capping material includes one or more perovskite layers, each perovskite layer having a corresponding width n, wherein a majority of the corresponding width n is greater or equal to 3. The 2D perovskite capping material also includes a spacer extending between two subsequent perovskite layers.

摘要: Polymer transport materials for application in perovskite solar cells capable of being tuned or manipulated to achieve desired properties, are provided herein. The present disclosure is directed to methods, systems, and compositions for achieving polymer transport materials (i.e., hole transport materials (HTMs)) with desirable properties such as solution processability, energy level tuning (i.e., adjusting), high thermal properties, tunable (i.e., adjustable) wettability, and perovskite defect passivation. In some aspects of the present disclosure, the synthesis of such HTMs may be implemented via relatively simple and inexpensive processes.

A molar ratio of a sum of the X and I to the B is 2.80 or more and 3.25 or less, and a molar ratio of the B to the A is more than 1.00 and 1.50 or less. A photoelectric conversion element of the present disclosure includes: a first electrode; a photoelectric conversion layer; and a second electrode, and the photoelectric conversion layer includes the photoelectric conversion material of the present disclosure.

摘要: This invention relates to a method for producing films of semiconducting material based on the organic-inorganic metal-halide compounds with perovskite-like structure, which can be used as a light-absorbing layer in solar cells, including thin-film, flexible and tandem solar cells, as well as can be applied for optoelectronic devices, in particular, light emitting diodes. The method is comprising the following steps: (a) applying a layer of a precursor, (b) applying a layer of composite reagent, and (c) treatment of the applied layers by the reagent X2 wherein the composite reagent applied in the step b) contains a mixture of AX and X2 reagents, and the film obtained after the step b) contains the seeds of the phase with a perovskite-like structure; the reagent AX is a salt comprising cation A+ and anion X−, and the anion X− is a singly charged anion; the reagent X2 is a molecular halogen.
