摘要: A method of producing a board for production of panels is provided comprising: providing particulate material comprising or consisting of particulate wooden material, producing glued particulate material by applying an adhesive to the particulate material, forming a spreading material mat by homogeneously spreading the glued particulate material onto a conveyor on which the spread glued particulate material is conveyed in a conveying direction, and producing a board by pressing the spreading material mat. A reinforcement material is applied to the spread glued particulate material parallel to the conveying direction during forming the spreading material mat and/or after forming the spreading material mat before any pressing of the spreading material mat such that the spreading material mat has at least one longitudinal reinforcement zone containing the reinforcement material. Boards can be obtained from which panels can be produced which have reinforced longitudinal and/or transversal edges.

摘要: The present invention provides a method for the production of a solid molded article comprising non-wood plant material, the method comprising the steps of (a) providing one or more fresh non-wood plant materials having a moisture content from 20% w/w to 99 w/w; (b) heating the fresh non-wood plant material at a temperature from 40° C. to 250° C., in particular, at a temperature from 60° C. to 140° C., and a pressure from 40 KPa to 750 KPa, in particular, for at least 0.5 h, maintaining the moisture content of the material equal to or higher than 20% w/w; (c) molding the heated material obtained in step (b); and (d) drying the molded material obtained in step (c). The invention also provides solid molded articles obtainable by the method of the invention.

摘要: An integrated self-sealing joint sealing system that is incorporated into the factory edges of a sheathing panel prior to installation at a job site, eliminating the need to secondarily apply tapes or similar fluid-applied sealants, as the joints will become sealed when mated and installed next to adjacent sheathing panels. The system works with a variety of joint types, including, but not limited to, bead-and-cove joints, cove-and-cove, and cove-and-butt joints, with matching corresponding joint profiles along panel edges. A compressible sealant, adhesive or gasket material is applied to surfaces in one or both profiles at the factory during the manufacturing process. During field installation, the matching corresponding joint profiles are placed together so the sealant material is compressed, forming a complete watertight and airtight joint.

摘要: The present invention discloses a method for quick hot-press forming of laminated wood. The method includes: drying a machined small wood material to a moisture content of 5-8 wt %; gluing the dried small wood material, and assembling and laying the dried small wood material to be a square material or a sheet material, where an adhesive for the gluing is a water-soluble adhesive having a solid content of 45-60 wt %; clamping the square material or the sheet material through a three-dimensional metal clamp; sending the clamped square material or sheet material together with the clamp into a microwave heating machine for microwave heating to obtain a formed laminated wood, where the time from the gluing to the entry into the microwave heating machine is controlled to not exceed 15 min. According to the present invention, a glued part that needs to be heated can be heated quickly, precisely and effectively, the gluing strength and production efficiency of the laminated wood can be significantly improved, and the cost of production energy consumption is reduced.

The thickness of the polyester film layer is 23-27 μm, the thickness of the aluminum alloy foil layer is 33-37 μm, the thickness of the thermally-fusible resin layer is 55-65 μm, the thickness of the laminate is 130 μm or less, and the insulation breakdown voltage of the polyester film layer-side surface is 13 kV or greater.
