An exemplary connector includes at least a direct current conductor configured to conduct a direct current, at least an alternating current conductor, configured to conduct an alternating current, at least a computing device wherein the computer is configured to receive a measurement datum of a battery module from a communicatively connected sensor, determine an operating condition of the charging circuit; identify an error element as a function of the operating condition, and transmit the identification of the error element to a data storage system.

摘要: A cell stack management system includes a cell monitoring unit that measures an output voltage of a plurality of power storage cells, a battery management unit that manages a cell stack, and a first communication network that connects the cell monitoring unit and the battery management unit. The battery management unit includes: a first communication circuit connected to the first communication network; a second communication circuit connected to a second communication network for connecting to a higher-level system; a control circuit that controls the battery management unit; and a control circuit power supply. The cell stack management system includes a normal mode and a low-power mode as modes of operation. During transition from the low-power mode to the normal mode, the first communication circuit activates at least one of the control circuit power supply, the control circuit, or the second communication circuit.

摘要: This application provides an energy storage system and an energy storage system detection method. The method includes: A first control unit sends a first instruction to a first battery cluster to change an output voltage of the first battery cluster. The first control unit obtains a first input voltage and a second input voltage that are of each of a plurality of power conversion units. The first control unit determines, based on the first instruction, and the first input voltage and the second input voltage that are of each of the plurality of power conversion units, whether each of the plurality of power conversion units is connected to the first battery cluster. On this basis, whether there is a connection error in the energy storage system is determined. Then, a security risk in the system is eliminated.

摘要: A method of predicting state of power (SOP) for a battery includes estimating first state parameter bounds of the battery using an internal observer process; obtaining a current value based upon the first state parameter bounds, system constraint variables, a scaling factor and a reference current using a modified reference governor process; performing adaptive parameter bounding to obtain second state parameter bounds using the current value; determining a constraint variable based upon the second state parameter bounds and whether the constraint variable is within the system constraint variables the using an interval prediction process; and generating a modified scaling factor based upon whether the constraint variable is within the system constraint variables. Using the modified scaling factor, the obtaining, performing, determining and modifying are repeated to generate a final current value. The SOP is estimated based upon the final current value.

摘要: A waveform designator designates a given waveform of an AC signal by specifying a frequency as a reference. A signal controller causes a storage battery to output a response signal based on its own power. A detector detects a frequency component in the response signal corresponding to the reference frequency of the AC signal based on a product of the reference frequency and the response signal. A calculator calculates a complex impedance of the storage battery based on the frequency component in the response signal. A noise determiner determines presence or absence of a noise signal corresponding to the reference frequency of the AC signal before the signal controller causes the storage battery to output the AC signal. A noise controller either avoids or removes the noise signal.

摘要: Systems, methods, and devices are provided for estimating a state-of-health (SOH) in an energy storage system, where the estimate accounts for both power fade and capacity fade. The SOH estimation system comprises a SOH estimation module configured to receive, and to determine the estimate of the SOH based on: a nominal capacity input; a voltage input; a current input; a nominal open circuit voltage curve; an operational resistance model; a nominal resistance model; an operational dynamic model; and a rated discharge current. The SOH estimation module may further comprise a SOH aggregation module configured to receive a power rating estimate, PRn, and a normalized capacity estimate, NCn, and may be configured to determine the estimate of the SOH based on the power rating estimate, PRn, and the normalized capacity estimate, NCn.
