摘要： A process and a device for the air-conditioning of spinning material located in a container. The spinning material is air-conditioned for processing in a spinning machine which is essentially surrounded by any room climate. The spinning material is exposed in the container to a climate which is independent of the room climate. This causes, at least, the spinning material to be taken next out of the container to be air-conditioned in such manner that it is in an optimal climatic state for such further processing. Outlet openings of at least one air-conditioning duct or an air-conditioning plant are located on the container so that an air-conditioned fluid flows out of the outlet openings on at least the spinning material to be taken out next and the spinning material is in an optimal climatic state for further processing as it is then processed further.

摘要： An apparatus and method are provided for applying liquid to a yarn running at high speed, and with a relatively low resistance being imparted to the yarn during the application. The apparatus includes a roller partially immersed in a liquid bath, and having a circumferential surface composed of alternating lands and grooves in the circumferential direction. Means are provided for rotating the roller and for guiding the running yarn tangentially across the top portion of the roller, and such that the yarn advances at a linear speed substantially greater than the peripheral speed of the roller. The yarn guiding means is adjustable to permit the extent of the contact between the yarn and the top of the roller to be varied.

摘要： A double twist thread twisting frame having a plurality of double twist spindles thereon each of which is surrounded by a balloon limiter having an upper rim thereon and at their lower parts a storage disc and a whorl driven by a belt spaced below the storage disc. A closure structure is provided around each balloon limiter to define a channel which communicates with the spindles and the interior of the balloon limiters. A suction device is connected in circuit with the channel means to evacuate the air contained therein. The closure structure, particularly an upper wall thereof, is located generally at the level of the upper rim of the balloon limiter and has a circular opening coaxial with the upper rim of the balloon limiter. The circular opening is somewhat smaller in diameter than the upper part of the balloon limiter. A suction opening is provided in the balloon limiter below the upper wall of the closure structure and a blower nozzle is connected to a tube which extends in the longitudinal direction of the frame for supplying conditioned air to the circular opening in the balloon limiter.
